I still haven’t received my order

I am being asked to review a product ordered 14 days ago that I still have not received. First shipment notification said USPS and never got it now it’s coming FedEx and scheduled for a delivery today so let’s hope this time it makes it! I have a very unhappy customer that has been waiting and growing even more impatient!!!!!
