How We Ship.
Shipping methods for the contiguous USA:
* Free Shipping on most orders over $500 within lower 48 states.
*Adult signature required on all live axle kits, engines and orders over $300.00.
* Certain bulk items and large unit purchases, such as go kart or minibike kits may not be eligible for free shipping offers.
* Free Shipping offers can take 5 to 10 additional days to arrive.
* For all Free Shipping offers, we will ship via our carrier and method of choice. We cannot guarantee a specific carrier or shipping method with Free Shipping offers.
* Exclusions apply (no International Orders receive free shipping.)
Listed shipping charges are for shipments for the U.S. and Canada.
* Shipments to all other countries will incur additional shipping charges, call for a quote.
* Parts are shipped via UPS or USPS to your address.
* UPS shipments require a street address.
* You must include a complete address.
* Your order will not be shipped without a full address.
* Standard business delivery is Monday - Friday
* UPS or FedEx 2 Day do not deliver on the weekends.
* Standard home delivery is Tuesday - Saturday
* Travel days do not include weekends or holidays (ie. next day shipment ship Fri. and delivers on Mon.)



All import duties and taxes that your country applies to purchases are the responsibility of the receiving customer. Please be aware of these charges before you order. Our shipping quote does not include these charges.  If you refuse or send back the package, unfortunately the package will be destroyed and the order will not be refunded due to the high cost of paying return duties and taxes. 

Free Shipping offers DO NOT apply to International shipments.

We only use UPS for shipping International orders.

Due to the increased risk of fraudulent activity, we may have to ask for further information for your order. Please include a valid email address and telephone number with your order.

Due to the high cost of shipping to International locations, we recommend calling or emailing us with any questions you may have about the product and it's sizing. Unfortunately, due to the high cost of shipping, International orders are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.

Order Cancellations, Refusals, and Address Changes

Cancellation requests must be made by phone or email. We will do our best to cancel orders but no guarantees.

If sends the correct items to the address on order and it is refused by the customer, all shipping charges to and from the customer will be deducted from the refund. This includes all shipping charges for any items advertising Free Shipping.

If you find yourself in a special circumstance that requires you to refuse a package, please contact us first for approval.


Customers have the option to cancel their orders prior to shipment or before assembly work begins. To cancel an order, please contact us promptly at 866-846-5278 or via email at

For orders requiring assembly, cancellation after assembly work has commenced will incur an assembly fee ($400 for car carrier orders). Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is subject to return charges and restocking fees. If an order is cancelled after shipment or if the shipment is refused without prior notice, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs, a 15% restocking fee of the unit's value, assembly fees, and any storage fees imposed by the carrier.

Refunds typically take 2 to 3 business days to process successfully. Once issued, a refund confirmation will be sent via email. Please note that messages left after business hours, emails sent overnight or on weekends, or emails sent to alternative email addresses may not be read in time to prevent assembly or shipping costs. If confirmation of cancellation is received and in progress, no further action is required.


We understand that circumstances may necessitate product returns. Here's what you need to know about our return and refund policy:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Products must be returned within 45 days of receipt.
  • Items must be in their original factory box or crate and in new, unused condition.
  • Customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping both ways.


  • No returns on motorized equipment that has been assembled, fueled, or damaged due to use or abuse.
  • For items damaged in shipping, accept the shipment and promptly send pictures or video to

Refusal of Shipment:

  • Refusal of shipment is not allowed for items shipped via car carrier. If damage occurs, take a video and contact us immediately.

Denial of Claims:

  • Claims for damage after assembly or hidden damage discovered after one week from delivery will be denied.
  • Motorized vehicles damaged in shipping may be returned with prior authorization and proper securing for shipment.

Pickup and Inspection:

  • We will send a Bill of Lading (BOL) via email after scheduling a pickup time. The shipping document must be printed and handed to the driver.

Restocking and Fees:

  • Customers agree to pay a 15% restocking fee and all freight costs if the returned item is undamaged or only has minor cosmetic damage.
  • Shipping costs for vehicles are substantial, and returns due to customer changes of mind, minor product damage, or discrepancies in description/picture will not be accepted.

At GoPowerSports, we strive to provide timely delivery of all orders. However, please note that all delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We do not issue refunds or accept returns on items that take longer than the estimated processing and shipping time.

There are various factors beyond our control that may cause delays, including weather conditions, disruptions in freight systems, and increased holiday traffic. These circumstances are unforeseen and not valid reasons for order cancellation or refund requests. By agreeing to these terms, customers acknowledge that no refunds will be issued for slow shipping times.

In the event that a shipment is lost or cannot be located by the freight company, customers agree to allow both the freight company and GoPowersports to complete the necessary process of dock checks and loss prevention procedures before the order can be canceled. This process may take up to five days.

If a shipment is confirmed as lost by the freight company during transport, GoPowersports will issue a full refund. Please note that it may take 10 to 14 days for the refund to be processed and issued.


At GoPowerSports, we are committed to offering comprehensive assistance for minor technical and mechanical issues through our established process of parts replacement, mechanic consultation, and manufacturer support. When making a purchase online or via phone, customers acknowledge and assume full responsibility for setting up and assembling their unit. GoPowerSports does not cover the costs associated with hiring a mechanic for adjustments or repairs.

Our team of skilled technicians and factory support specialists are available to address any concerns that may arise. Parts required for repairs are promptly dispatched to customers at no additional charge. However, it is important to note that GoPowerSports does not cover labor costs for part replacements or unit assembly.


Please note that all product images are for illustrative purposes only, and actual products may vary. No refunds, whether full or partial, will be provided for alterations in product appearance or specifications initiated by the factory. While we strive to ensure our website reflects the latest images and specifications, variations in colors, graphics packages, rim styles, lights, mirrors, and tire treads may occur periodically.

Adding Additional Items to a Previous Order

We cannot guarantee that requests to add items to previous order will ship with the original order. We will make every attempt to do so but we cannot guarantee it. Additional shipping charges will apply. 

If You Input The Wrong Ship To Address

Be sure to double check your shipping information once you get your order confirmation email.

Unfortunately, every carrier charges additional amounts to either redirect or reship packages due to incorrect addresses. If you omit the correct street address, apartment number, PO box, zip code, etc. we have no choice but to pass on the additional charges to you for the additional cost. This can range from $5 to $35 depending upon the region and the reason. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have entered the wrong address on the order.

Back Orders

Despite our best efforts, particularly popular items can sell out and when this is the case, we will inform you of the expected earliest delivery date. Please inform us should you wish to cancel back order at any time you will receive a full refund.

Return Guidelines
No returns on Electrical items, Build Your Own Tire Assembly, Performance Parts and Apparel.  
We will not accept individual parts from kits, complete kits are returnable.  Used parts will not be accepted unless authorized by GPS Staff.

  1. The unused item(s) must be returned within 45 days of the order date.  Over 45 days, we will not accept return.
  2. Include the original receipt or a copy of receipt with the returned merchandise.
  3. The item(s) must be returned without being used / mounted or damaged in any way, must be in new condition in original packaging.
  4. Send the return items PREPAID to our warehouse.
  5. Customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways (actual shipping charges on orders shipped free shipping).
  6. All returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee if returned within the 45 day period.
  7. We do not exchange parts, any parts that are eligible for return can be sent back for a refund.
