Who's fulfilling My Orders?

We at GoPowerSports.com are committed to delivering top-of-the-line products and unmatched customer service. Our team at GoPowerSports takes care of most online orders, ensuring timely delivery of your purchase. However, certain items such as TrailMaster Units are dropshipped by the manufacturer. But there's no need to worry, your order is in capable hands with the team at GoPowerSports.

Most of our orders ship from the heart of Fort Worth, Texas.

Who Do You Ship With?

 

Currently, we primarily use USPS and UPS for our shipping needs. However, for TrailMaster dropships, we rely on larger trucking companies that are assigned based on the specific area of delivery.

ship internationally?

Shipping methods may vary based on the item being shipped. For example, smaller items can be shipped internationally through UPS, while TrailMaster Units are only available for shipping within the United States. If you don't see your country as a shipping option for a particular item, please don't hesitate to contact us via email at sales@gopowersports.com.

What payment options are accepted?

American Express, Apply Pay, Discover, Mastercard, Visa and Paypal are our major forms of payment.

Financing Available?

We offer financing options for our customers who wish to make payments over time. PayTomorrow is one such option available for financing, while PayPal also runs PayPal Later programs. These options allow you to purchase the item you want now and pay for it in installments over time. If you're interested in financing, please check out the options available on our website when checking out.

Do you have a physical store?

If you're interested in checking out the latest GPS products, swing by the GPS Shop located at 1375 South Main St, Keller, TX. You can get a hands-on experience with the newest products and see what suits your needs. The shop is open from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, and on Saturdays from 9am to 1pm. Don't hesitate to drop by and explore the latest GPS technology.

ORDER ISSUES

I'm missing a product from my order, what do I do?

We understand that sometimes things may not go as planned with your order. If you have any concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us via email or phone with your order number. Rest assured that we will take the necessary steps to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We take our responsibility seriously, and that's why we have cameras installed over every packing station to ensure that we are accountable for every item leaving our facility.

Contact Sales@gopowersports.com with your order number and let us know what is missing so that we may assess the situation thoroughly.

 

What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?

We're here to help you get your product as soon as possible! You can reach out to us via email and provide your order number so we can assist you. We may ask you to send us a video or photo to help us assess the situation better. In case the product has a fault, we may ask you to send the faulty part back for an exchange, depending on the item. Please keep in mind that items must be returned within 45 days and that used items are not covered. Don't worry, we'll be with you every step of the way.

Will you refund the shipping charges on my Order?

 

If you are sending an item back for a refund within 45 days, you will need to pay for shipping back to GPS. Shipping Cost on replacement orders will be handled by GPS.

Are there Restocking Fees On Returns?

How do I make a gift exchange?

We do not do exchanges. A new order would need to be placed for new items.

When can I expect my refund?

Refunds will be issued as soon as the product has been inspected by our Warehouse Team.

What's the Refund Policy On Canceled Orders?

You have the option to cancel your order before it has been shipped or before assembly work commences. To cancel your order, please contact us promptly at 866-846-5278 or via email at sales@gopowersports.com.

For orders requiring assembly, if you wish to cancel after assembly work has commenced, you will incur an assembly fee ($400 for car carrier orders). Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is subject to return charges and restocking fees. If you choose to cancel your order after it has been shipped or refuse the shipment without prior notice, you will be responsible for all shipping costs, a 15% restocking fee of the unit's value, assembly fees, and any storage fees imposed by the carrier.

Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your refund to be processed successfully. Once the refund has been issued, you will receive an email confirmation.

Kindly note that messages left after business hours, emails sent overnight or on weekends, or emails sent to alternative email addresses may not be read in time to prevent assembly or shipping costs. If you receive confirmation that your cancellation has been accepted and is in progress, no further action is required.

Return & Refund Policy for Shipped Items

We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to return a product. Here's what you need to know about our return and refund policy:

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • Products must be returned within 45 days of receipt.
    • The items must be in their original factory box or crate and in new, unused condition.
    • The customer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping both ways.
    •  
  2. Restrictions:

    • There are no returns on motorized equipment that has been assembled, fueled, or damaged due to use or abuse.
    • If an item arrives with shipping damage, accept the shipment and promptly send pictures or video to sales@gopowersports.com.
  3. Refusal of Shipment:

    • Refusal of shipment is not allowed for items shipped via car carrier. In case of damage, please take a video and contact us immediately.
  4. Denial of Claims:

    • Claims for damage after assembly or hidden damage discovered after one week from delivery will be denied.
    • Motorized vehicles damaged in shipping may be returned with prior authorization and proper securing for shipment.
  5. Pickup and Inspection:

    • For wholesale units (such as TrailMaster Go-Karts), we will send a Bill of Lading (BOL) via email after scheduling a pickup time. The shipping document must be printed and handed to the driver.
    • Original packing should be saved whenever possible.
    • In cases where a unit must be returned to our warehouse for inspection, the refund process takes 10 to 14 business days after inspection.
  6. Restocking and Fees:

    • Customers agree to pay a 15% restocking fee and all freight costs if the returned item is undamaged or only has minor cosmetic damage.
    • Shipping costs for vehicles are substantial, and returns due to customer changes of mind, minor product damage, or discrepancies in description/picture will not be accepted.

Refunds or Cancellation Policy for Slow or delayed shipments

At GoPowerSports, we strive to provide timely delivery of all orders. However, please note that all delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We do not issue refunds or accept returns on items that take longer than the estimated processing and shipping time.

There are various factors beyond our control that may cause delays, including weather conditions, disruptions in freight systems, and increased holiday traffic. These circumstances are unforeseen and not valid reasons for order cancellation or refund requests. By agreeing to these terms, customers acknowledge that no refunds will be issued for slow shipping times.

lost shipment policy

In the event that a shipment is lost or cannot be located by the freight company, customers agree to allow both the freight company and GoPowersports to complete the necessary process of dock checks and loss prevention procedures before the order can be canceled. This process may take up to five days.

If a shipment is confirmed as lost by the freight company during transport, GoPowersports will issue a full refund. Please note that it may take 10 to 14 days for the refund to be processed and issued.

 

 
 
 
 

Replacement Components & Technical guidance

At GoPowerSports, we are committed to offering comprehensive assistance for minor technical and mechanical issues through our established process of parts replacement, mechanic consultation, and manufacturer support. When making a purchase online or via phone, customers acknowledge and assume full responsibility for setting up and assembling their unit. GoPowerSports does not cover the costs associated with hiring a mechanic for adjustments or repairs.

Our team of skilled technicians and factory support specialists are available to address any concerns that may arise. Parts required for repairs are promptly dispatched to customers at no additional charge. However, it is important to note that GoPowerSports does not cover labor costs for part replacements or unit assembly.

Can i return the items to change changes in appearance or specifications?

Please note that all product images are for illustrative purposes only, and actual products may vary. No refunds, whether full or partial, will be provided for alterations in product appearance or specifications initiated by the factory. While we strive to ensure our website reflects the latest images and specifications, variations in colors, graphics packages, rim styles, lights, mirrors, and tire treads may occur periodically.

How can I purchase a gift Certificate?

Gift Certificates are a great gift for any gearhead out there. You will need to know the recipients email address in order to gift them a GoPowerSports Gift Certificate. The Gift Certificate may be redeemed online or in-store when checking out while logged in under the supplied email address. Purchase yours online here.

What if you're out of stock on an item?

There are times when products temporarily go out of stock. On that product page, you are able put in your email address to be notified when that item comes back in stock. If you are looking for an ETA on a specific product, feel free to email us for better clarification if available.
