GPS285 Camshaft (212cc Non-Hemi Predator)

A GoPowerSports favorite! We kept the lift of this cam relatively low but made up for it with 260 duration and a very aggressive lobe profile. With a wide power band (approximately 4,000 rpm and up) and high revving capability, the GPS285 is perfect for drag racing, street cruising, and circle track. Pair it with the Juggernaut driver for an off-road high torque monster! The GPS285 camshaft, with its square lobe design, has very aggressive ramps and requires an upgraded spring package, champion or gage rockers, stainless steel valves, billet rod, and billet flywheel. This cam is best when used with our racing head, aftermarket ratio rockers, and one of the following slide carburetors; 26mm Aftermarket Chinese Mikuni, 24mm Mikuni Flatslide, or 28mm Mikuni Flatslide. The lobes of the GPS285 are welded then ground ensuring durability and long life even when paired with 55lb dual springs.
