Getting a custom build started is simple. We have a dedicated "Custom Engine Quote" option on our website that costs $50.
This $50 cost is essentially a way to show that you are serious about getting into a custom build. Best of all, we aren't just taking a $50 fee from you; when you are ready to place your order, that $50 goes directly toward the motor option that you pick.
Since you cannot just click a single button for highly specific setups, the custom option is the easiest way to get exactly what you want. The majority of our custom engine orders come from people who just want a slightly different option than what our standard kits offer.
Here are just a few examples of what we can do for your build:
We can take a standard Stage 2 kit and install a completely different camshaft.
We can add a gas tank to a setup if we do not typically offer a gas tank for it.
We can upgrade your kit to include a 26mm carburetor or swap in a genuine Mikuni carburetor.
We can add an electric start to your engine.
If you want a 225 race engine but need a bigger carburetor, we can build it.
