All Meelod electric bikes are backed by Meelod’s official manufacturer coverage from the date of delivery for the original purchaser:

• 1-Year Limited Warranty: Covers core components against manufacturing defects, including the frame assembly, motor, battery, controller, charger, front fork, headlight, handlebar, derailleur, throttle, main wiring harness, display/instrument panel, integrated switch, and rear shock absorber.
• 6-Month Limited Warranty: Covers non-wear components, including the saddle, seat post, brake assemblies (excluding brake pads), crank, rim, kickstand, handlebar grips, chainring, and spokes.
• 30-Day Limited Warranty (Wear & Tear): Covers wear-and-tear items for 30 days after delivery, including bearings, freewheel, shift/brake cables, cable housing, brake pads, rotors, tires, chain, pedals, and hubs.
• 30-Day Return Window: Unused items in their original condition and intact original packaging box may be returned within 30 days of delivery (shipping costs deducted from refund). Original packaging is required for all returns or exchanges.
• Warranty Claims: Contact support with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos/videos for evaluation. Approved replacement parts within 6 months are provided free of charge.
