Coleman CT200U & BT200X Mini Bike Front Suspension Kit

Upgrade your Coleman mini bike from a rigid front end to suspension with this complete fork and handlebar package. Designed for the Coleman CT200U and BT200X, this kit helps absorb bumps and rough terrain while providing a more comfortable, controlled ride.

The package includes 23" tall suspension forks, upper and lower triple trees, 12" tall black handlebars, handlebar risers, a front fender mounting bracket, a BT200X headlight bracket, steering stops, an extended front axle and the necessary mounting hardware.

Other Mini Bikes: This kit may fit additional Coleman-style and large-frame mini bikes, but fitment has not been confirmed. Possible fitment includes certain Axis M200 or MB200-style mini bikes. Customers installing this kit on an unlisted model must compare all measurements before ordering.

Important Fitment Requirements:

• The mini bike frame must use a 10mm steering neck bolt.
• The front wheel and wheel bearings must accept the included 15mm front axle.
• The included axle bolt measures approximately 13" long overall.
• The suspension fork assembly measures approximately 23" tall overall.
• Verify steering-neck dimensions, triple-tree clearance, wheel width, axle diameter and cable length before ordering.

Improved Ride and Control

The telescoping suspension forks help absorb impacts from bumps, ruts and uneven trails that would otherwise be transferred directly through a rigid fork. The result is a more comfortable front end and improved control when riding on rough terrain.

12" Tall Handlebars Included

The included 12" tall black handlebars provide a comfortable, upright riding position and complete the front-end conversion. Handlebar risers and clamps are included for installation on the supplied triple trees.

Steering Stops for Added Frame Protection

The included steering stops limit excessive handlebar movement, helping prevent the handlebars and front-end components from turning far enough to contact the mini bike frame. Steering-stop placement and adjustment must be checked during installation.

Fender and Headlight Mounting

A front fender mounting bracket is included so the existing front fender can be installed when compatible. The kit also includes a headlight mounting bracket intended for BT200X applications. The front fender and headlight are not included.

Cable-Length Notice: Because this kit includes 12" tall handlebars, inspect the throttle cable, brake cable and kill-switch wiring before installation. Depending on the mini bike and its current configuration, longer cables or wiring extensions may be required. All cables must move freely through the entire steering range without pulling, binding or affecting engine speed or braking.

Installation Notice: Installation should be performed by a qualified mechanic or an experienced mini bike builder. Before riding, confirm that the steering moves freely, the steering stops function correctly, the axle and mounting hardware are secure, and all controls and brakes operate properly.
