Whether you are building from new components or reusing parts already in your garage, the Rascal provides a versatile platform with classic mini bike styling and heavy-duty steel construction.

This is a frame and fork kit—not a complete mini bike or roller kit.

The selected finish applies to the Rascal main frame and front fork assembly. Neck-bolt hardware and bushings retain their standard finishes.

If you select bare steel, we recommend completing a full mock-up before applying paint or powder coat. Minor fitting, alignment or hole adjustments should be completed before the final finish is applied. Modifications made to a powder-coated frame may require finish touch-up.

Engine-fitment notice: Engine-mount compatibility does not guarantee clearance for the original fuel tank, air-filter box, exhaust, clutch or torque converter. Confirm all measurements and mock up the complete engine package before painting, powder coating or permanently modifying the frame.

What Is Not Included

This is strictly a DIY frame and fork package. Unless specifically listed above, the following components are not included:

• Handlebars and handlebar risers
• Seat and seat mounting hardware
• Front and rear wheels
• Tires and tubes
• Front and rear axles, spacers and mounting hardware
• Brake system and brake disc
• Engine and engine mounting hardware
• Clutch or torque converter
• Chain, sprocket and chain-tension components

• Foot pegs, kickstand, fenders and other accessories

Using Parts From Another Mini Bike

The Rascal can be an excellent foundation for a parts-transfer project, but components from Coleman, Mega Moto, TrailMaster and other mini bikes are not guaranteed to bolt directly onto this frame.

Before ordering, compare the dimensions of your wheels, axles, bearings, brakes, engine, handlebars and drivetrain components with the Rascal frame. Fabrication, drilling, spacers, adapters or different mounting hardware may be required.

Assembly Information
