GoPowerSports started as a go-kart track in 1962. Today we build this faithful reproduction of the legendary Manco American Express right here in Texas, from heavy-duty American steel. If you grew up wanting one of these, or want your kids to have the karting memories you did, this is the frame to start with.

The extended XL footprint gives you stability, easy handling, and a smooth ride on the yard, the trail, or the track.

Who It Fits

Built for adults of any height. Taller riders simply sit with their knees angled out a bit more. Smaller kids may not reach the pedals (40" from seat back to pedals), so measure your youngest rider before you buy.

What You'll Need to Finish This Frame

This listing includes the frame and steering shaft. These are the parts we use to build it into our Vintage Roller Kit:

• Steering: two Manco front spindles, two 3/8" tie rods (11" long), tie-rod ends, front spring sets, and a steering wheel
• Rear axle: 1" live axle (38" long, or 40" for the 18" rear cleat package), two 1" axle bearings, two-hole flangettes, 1" lock collars, and 1/4" keys
• Brakes: mechanical brake caliper, 6" brake disc, and heavy-duty brake cable
• Controls: heavy-duty pedal kit, throttle cable, and kill switch
• Wheels: two 6" front floater wheels with four 5090 bearings, two 6" live axle wheels, and tires
• Seat: Manco single seat
• Drive: 60T #420 live axle sprocket, #420 chain, plus your engine and clutch or torque converter
• Hardware (bolts, nuts and washers)

Heads up: our Live Axle Go Kart Kit is a different design and does not fit this frame. For a guaranteed fit, choose the Vintage Roller Kit (no engine) or the Extreme Vintage Kit (with engine). They're built on this exact frame and ship free.

What comes with the frame?
The fully welded frame and steering shaft. All other parts are sold separately, or get everything at once with the Roller Kit or Extreme Kit.

Will your Live Axle Go Kart Kit fit this frame?
No. Use the parts listed above, or choose the Vintage Roller Kit or Extreme Vintage Kit for a guaranteed fit.

Will it fit a tall adult?
Yes. Riders of any height fit; taller riders' knees just angle out more.

Can my kid ride it?
Older kids and teens usually fit. Small kids may not reach the pedals, so check that your rider can reach 40" from the seat back.

How long does the free powder coat last?
While supplies last. Once these frames are gone, the offer ends.

Is it the same frame as your Vintage kits?
Yes. The Roller Kit and Extreme Kit are built on this exact frame.

• Assembly is required.
• Mock up all parts on the frame before final assembly. Occasionally a minor adjustment or re-drilled hole is needed, and drilling may chip the powder coat, so test-fit carefully and touch up any bare metal.
