Clutch spring came apart on start up and had take it all apart and fix it

Overall my first purchase went well. I would recommend better / quicker customer service as far as emails sent to you.
Also, my clutch was just sent in an envelope that was torn when I received it. You need better packaging.

It was too tight and didn't fit, fed ex 2day took 6 days what a RIP off, never again.

I love the clutch, although I ride my Phatmoto pretty hard and noticed a vibration. When I took my old Max torque off, the weld that holds the 35 chain gear broke. It didnt leave me stranded although there might be a weld quality issue . Not sure if this would be a good application to try fusion welding or not. Thanks for the Max Torque, it's much better than the original clutch that came with the Phatmoto Rover.
