Break In & Dyno
- The Break In option includes:
- Setting the valve lash to make sure you get the most lift for more power
- Setting the coil for optimum spark and clearance for less drag
- Check the the throttle linkage is ready out of the box. Setting it so you get the most rpm and making sure it operates smoothly
- Do a once over on the whole engine to make sure nothing is wrong with it before being shipped.
- We run your engine with gas/oil through a 30 minute break-in session, then drain these liquids from the engine for shipping.
- The Break In & Dyno option includes:
- All of the options above
- Run the engine on our Dyno and make changes for optimal performance
This engine is not for young or inexperienced drivers. This is a race ready engine, it is guaranteed to run but as with all racing parts there is no warranty. These engines are shipped with NO OIL. We recommend a high quality oil designed for splash oil systems to provide better protection. Always keep at least 16 ounces and no more than 20 ounces of oil in the engine while in use. Maximum rpm on these engines is about 5200 to 5400 rpm. Connecting rod, flywheel, and valve train are all sufficiently durable with this engine package. We do not recommend any upgrades to these parts unless you plan to use a higher lift camshaft or stiffer valve springs. Purchaser assumes all liability.
This Tillotson 212cc gas engine has gas-saving overhead valves for cooler, cleaner performance and longer life. The horizontal shaft is mounted in the crankcase with dual ball-bearings, making this gas engine an ideal replacement for most standard engine configurations. Engines are...
I wouldn't recommend these engines, Spent over $800 for two and both engines lost compression a few months in and barely move the bikes. Probably going with real Honda GX200s next time. These are chinese junk. Total waste of money.

212 S1...
Was a little disappointed when I found out that I paid an extra too hundred dollars for a basic stock engine that had a 10 min governor gear removed. Stock carb that had stock jets and 20$ air filter. I had to change the carburetor to get the engine to run correctly. However, after changing the carb and jets, it did wake my TMH up.

Runs pretty good so far so good put it on the RT 200 mini bike seems to do pretty good only written at once waiting for the weather to get right we'll give more feedback after that

This engine is awesome, looks great,, fired right up and has so much power. Turned my mini bike into a beast. Absolutely love it. Definitely a head turner at the mini bike meets here in California. Highly recommend

Beyond expectations!
I wasn't sure what to expect here. I red the reviews but I've been burned before. I put this engine on a coleman frame just to see what it would do out of the box. 52 mph! I expected 40 but wow this thing is a hoss. I have a stage 2 kit ready when I have time to install.

Issues
The engine is brand new. I installed it and took it for a ride. Started having issues staying running.... hard to restart. Removed the filter on the fuel tank and was able to make it home. Screws on carb also came loose causing a air leak. Bike wouldn't start until I tightend the screws. Motor has plenty of power but too many issues for a 400 dollar stage 1 race motor. Not to impressed

Have a few questions, just needed some advice on choosing a torque converter for this motor . It’s in my cart now just want to make sure I buy the right one . Also in my cart is the performance header kit with the silencer , or does the stage 1 tillotson 212 come with header ?? I would greatly appreciate your help
