I was confused about the bore.I realized I should have ordered the floater wheel.

I measured wrong I guess because the bore was the wrong size. Total waste of $120. They could have unmounted the tires and restocked the wheels but refused to do so. I was even willing to have them unmounted and just return the wheels so I can order the correct size. Nope. They are absolutely not willing to work with the customer. They said my wheels are now "used." Uhhhh...one of them never even left the box it came in and the other wouldn't fit onto the axle so...definitely not used. And now I don't have the funds to get the right size so my daughter's go kart is just collecting dust. She is heartbroken, only got to ride it twice. I can't find the correct wheel anywhere else but I don't want to order from them ever again after this so I guess we'll be selling the go kart now. Thanks for nothing.
