If you've walked into the GoPowerSports showroom recently, you've probably stopped and stared at the custom Lil' Rascal sitting on the floor. We wanted to build a cruiser that had aggressive street styling, premium billet components, and enough power to make it a blast to ride.
The best part? This isn't a one-off custom fab job that you can't replicate. Every single piece on this bike is available straight off our shelves. If you want to build this exact bike in your own garage, we’ve put together the complete master parts list below.
The Details: What Makes This Build Special?
The Stance (DWT Wheels & Street Tires) To get that aggressive, low-profile street look, we ditched the stock wheels and went with polished aluminum Douglas (DWT) Wheels. We are running a 6"x3.25" in the front and a wider 6"x5" in the back. Wrapping those in 13x5 street tires gives it incredible grip and a smooth ride on the pavement.
The Powerplant (98cc + Stage 1) We started with a 98cc engine and immediately helped it breathe better. We added an Air Filter Adapter and a 52mm Air Filter to open up the intake, and bolted on a Skinny Center Exit Pipe with a Trumpet End for a killer exhaust note.
The Drivetrain & Billet Bling To put that power to the ground, we set up a 65-tooth Split Sprocket running on a gold-on-black Xtreme Performance RLV #35 chain. We also decked out the controls and drivetrain with premium upgrades, including a Billet Thumb Throttle, Billet Rear Hubs, and a gorgeous Aluminum Disc Clutch Guard. To bring it all to a halt, we hooked up a big hydraulic brake system.
