We took our American-Made, extended vintage frame—a faithful reproduction of the legendary Manco American Express built right here in Texas—and bundled it with everything you need to dominate the dirt. With no welding required, this kit is the perfect weekend project for fathers, sons, and speed enthusiasts alike.
This isn't just a roller; this is a complete beast in a box. The Extreme Kit comes standard with a powerhouse Tillotson 212E Engine, a 30 Series Torque Converter for smooth and aggressive acceleration, a true live axle rear end, and massive 18" rear cleat tires to dig into any terrain. - Mock Up Before Painting: It is highly recommended to mock up all parts on the bare frame before painting to ensure everything lines up perfectly. You may need to make minor adjustments or re-drill holes, which is always best done before you apply your final paint or powder coat!

- Safety Gear Required: Go-karts are real fun, but carry real risks. It is vitally important that anyone riding a go-kart wears the proper protective gear. The rider should wear, at a minimum, a full-face DOT-rated motorcycle helmet, gloves, and a helmet-supporting neck brace. (Safety equipment is not supplied with the kits).
