This is a universal gas tank that we found to be perfect for our Trailmaster MB200-2 Mini Bike! It can be quite hard to find the right size gas tank for these mini bikes but look no further! The height, width, and length of this tank work with the MB200-2 however it is not a direct swap for the factory dummy tank and WILL NOT bolt right up! Modification is required and no mounting hardware is included. This tank does come with the fuel cap and petcock (manual shutoff with reserve) for 3/16" fuel line. Tank is painted black,
- Tank capacity: 1.6 gallons (6 liters)
- Threaded fuel outlet: 14mm
- Material: Steel
- Length: 16.75"
- Width: 8"
- Height: 7"

Fantastic tank. Very nice quality! It's going on a razor 650 dirt bike as soon as I stretch the frame! Thankx go power sports you'll hear from me again.
gr8t !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 fits like it was made for the bike
Get yourself 4 rubber grommets for the foot board on gopeds from davesdiscountmotors and youll be able to mount this tank right up no problem. Looks amazing on the Hurricane 200x but will look great on any trailmaster with the big frame.
This tank is a great fit for my Trailmaster MB200-2! I drilled a 1/2" hole in the frame support bar and put a piece of 1/2-13 UNC allthread 2.750 long through it with a nut on each side, then cut some rubber bushings with 3/8" holes down to diameter .950" to stick on the ends. Then I drilled and tapped a hole in the frame to hold the back of the tank down with a bolt and some rubber between. Looks way better than the fake tank!
I found the best bushings for mounting. Long board skateboard truck bushings! They fit 100% perfect.
Good quality tank. Paint was actually better than expected. Put it on my new MB200X. Note, this is not a direct replacement part, you need to do a little fabrication to retrofit it.
bought for an MB200-2, and is about as good of a fit as you can get. Does take some fabrication to get installed, but well worth it. Hard to find something that is just right like this, I highly recommend for a MB200 or similar size project. Also, get a GPS bucket, theyre awesome.
Went on some what easy but it’s on
Easy to install.
Great vid! I have done all my electric on my mb-200 and stage 1 kit and it is great! Thank you guys for all the great parts you provide! Just a question though... you drilled in the frame for the front of the fuel tank and showed rubber grommets? Can you advise where to purchase these due to it doesn't come with your fuel tank? Or do you have them on your webpage? Thanks again! Keep crushing it!!
