GPS Racing Billet Side Cover, Tillotson/Clone/Predator 212 Hemi/Predator 224 Non Hemi. Made and designed in the USA to the exact specifications of the GPS Racing squad. We wanted a billet side cover that would excel in every aspect of small engine racing and we achieved just that! 

• Universal Engine Compatibility: Precision engineered to fit the Tillotson 225, Tillotson 212 series, Predator 212 Hemi, Predator 224 Non-Hemi, Honda GX200, and 196cc OHV Clone engines.
• 4 dowel pin locations precisely fit our Tillotson Racing Blocks!
• Camshaft Bearing: High quality cam bearing to free up drag and increase power. Tested to 11.5k engine RPM on the dyno, kart track, and drag strip.
• Greater Oil Capacity: This was extremely important from our experience in endurance racing. We eliminated cut outs from the outside allowing us to remove material inside and increase the oil capacity.
• We have ran up to 20oz of oil (with minimum breather blowout) which helps in a variety of ways.
• More oil helps dissipate heat resulting in lower engine temperature.
• Backyard racers and cruisers can go longer between oil changes.
• Helps keep the designed oil viscosity grade for a longer period of time protecting your engine over the course of an endurance race!
• Large Cut Out For Vent Holes: By removing a large section of material feeding into the vent holes we achieved less crank case pressure and breather blowout.
• 1/8" NPT threads for fittings / plugs.
• Stud Kit Ready: Using our side cover stud kit on billet side covers has been an issue until now! We provide ample room around the mounting holes for the GPS side cover stud kits.
• O-Ring Groove: Guaranteed seal with the included O-ring. May use standard gasket if desired.
• Standard Clutch Guard / TAV Mounting Threads: 4 holes for clutch guard and TAV backplates are 5/16-24.
• Eliminates Crankcase Flex: Designed to reinforce the engine block and prevent the side cover flex that often leads to catastrophic failure in high-horsepower racing applications.
• High-Performance Dual Bearings: Features high-quality slip fit crankshaft bearings to ensure smoother rotation and reduced friction at high RPMs.
