This arm is too narrow and is 2-3mm too big around to fit the bolt that attaches it to the frame. It has a recess on the end to support some kind of flange or bushing but tech support has been zero help on figuring that out. I'm going to have to go to a machine shop to get the parts made to fill in the gap.
My kart is an older Trailmaster Mid XRX.

This what I sent 7-13/14 along with a picture of my broken part. New part will not work. I will be sending it back
It is a Vector 6.0. That’s all the markings that are on it. I bought it used from an individual. Visually, the part on your website looks the same as my broken part. I could not tell the dimensions from the photo. Everything lines up except the “tube” portion at the bottom is too long. Mine is only 3 1/4”.

Thank you for your email. Which unit are you trying to apply this Lower A Arm to?

I ordered and received JL-04-022859. Ordered based off a visual without being able to see dimensions. The tube portion on my vector 6.0 is 3 1/4” in length. The part I received the tube portion is too long. The rest of the arm matches up. Any thoughts or help? My number is listed if you need to call. Thanks.

Lol building a barstool racer, needed upper and lowers welded a ball joint to the lowers and I have a bolt on for the upper, thanks to the length and size, I'll have 165* of steering. Combined with 10"wide slicks in the rear and I'll be drifting with the best of them.
Thanks for having the parts I need to build this little green death trap.
Timely and even hooked it up with some GPS stickers to put on the kart
Work like it should other than having to reuse old bushings Would of been a better part if it came with bushings or at least been a recommended purchase with item
