Transform your Mega Moto 212 with a rear suspension upgrade built for a smoother, more controlled ride on rough terrain. This complete bolt-on swingarm kit adds adjustable nitrogen shocks and moves the rear wheel assembly farther back for improved suspension travel and off-road capability. No welding is required to install the kit, but cutting and fabrication of the frame are required.

Kit Includes

• Mega Moto 212 swingarm assembly
• 1/2" x 13" swingarm bolt and nut
• (2) Swingarm bushings
• (6) Swingarm washers
• Left and right frame mounts
• Pair of shock mounts
• (2) Nitrogen shocks
• (4) 10mm x 40mm shock-mount bolts with matching nuts and washers

Fitment & Installation Requirements

• This kit is designed for Mega Moto 212 frames using 1-3/8" OD tubing. Some Mega Moto frames use smaller 1" OD tubing; measure your frame before ordering.
• Frame modification is required. The rear of the Mega Moto 212 frame must be cut for this kit to install. Review the product photos and installation videos before beginning the modification.
• An angle grinder with a cut-off wheel can be used for the required frame cut.
• A longer #420 chain is required because the rear wheel assembly moves farther back. Five feet of #420 chain provides sufficient length for this conversion.

Reuse Your Existing Rear Wheel Assembly

This kit does not include a rear wheel assembly. You will reuse the following components from your Mega Moto 212:

• Rear tire and wheel
• Rear axle and spacers
• Brake caliper
• Brake caliper bracket
• Rear chain adjusters

Important Notes

• Bare Steel Finish: Bare-steel components will rust if they are not painted, powder coated, or otherwise protected.
• Glossy Black Powder Coat: Only the main swingarm assembly is powder coated. Paint or coat the remaining bare gussets and mounting plates before or after installation as desired.
• This kit may be adapted to the Coleman RT200 and Coleman RB200, but additional fabrication and modifications are required.
• Coleman RT200 and RB200 applications require 1" engine risers and a Stage 1 Performance Kit for proper clearance.
• This is not a universal swingarm kit. Customers installing it on an unlisted mini bike are responsible for confirming fitment and completing all required fabrication.
