PK1A Tillotson Carburetor

Understand I’m a newb to mini bikes and lawnmower engines but definately have wrecked, repaired and put back in working order a pile of motorized vehicles. So when I got my carb, I was excited but patient to install it. The mini bike started right up but wouldn’t idle. Thinking the worst, I back burned the project a week while I researched the symptoms. The carb does not come with instructions, so that made it difficult but after a couple days it dawned on me, and figured the problem out. In order to get the engine to idle use the adjustment screw on the throttle. Works like a champ and everyone enjoys doing wheelies in the back yard now. Thanks! General Veers I would have gave it five stars if there were instructions of any type in the box.

This carb does not fit well in the Honda Ruckus and a lot of frustration trying to make it work. I ended up setting it aside and going with the OEM carb.
