Stage 1 196cc/212cc Honda Clone Style Carburetor

Why is the carburetor sent with a second jet. Is this Extra jet that came with the kit larger or smaller than the one already installed in the carburetor?

Mine won’t start without the choke on and as soon as I turn it off it goes full throttle

Installed carb, started right up and seems to run smoother with a bit more power. Also installed cone type air filter and removed stock foam piece.

Swapped it out in a few minutes. Took a couple more minutes to tune it. Then, it was off to the races. Definitely made my stage 1 kit work better then the stock carb.

Carb works great! I installed the stage one kit but the when I put the new jet into the carb that came with the bike it ran kinda crappy and didn't make much difference. This carb is way better because I can tune it properly. Right away I had the power the stage one kit should of given me. Plus the carb is better quality. Very happy! Thanks again go power sports!!

so I bought a stage 1 performance package for my Coleman minibike when stock with clutch I had a top speed of 25 so I put a Coleman torque converter on top speed dropped to 20 as expected so I then installed the stage 1 package now top speed is 18 and it runs like crap any time I let off on the throttle it stalls and like I said top speed went down I would not recommend this kit it is a waste of money and time what you see on youtube is straight up bullshit

I’d like if you had more tutorials on installing the Carb, gaskets, and how the vent tubes should be. Besides that, all good

Got the stage 1 kit and assumed I had the correct carb, but mine wasn't adjustable. The new carb came with he correct jets installed, and now my daughter's kart rips! Really adds the power! Can't wait for stage 2.
