Stage 1 Performance Kit for 196cc/212cc Engines

Before you order: A header pipe is not included with this kit. Add a compatible header pipe separately to complete the intake-and-exhaust Stage 1 setup. This kit's .038 jet will not fit EPA-style carburetors with a non-replaceable main jet. Check your carburetor before ordering.

Upgrade the intake on a compatible 196cc or 212cc engine with an air filter, adapter, cover, choke bracket, carburetor gaskets, and .038 main jet. The kit replaces the stock air box and supplies a larger jet for a compatible, serviceable carburetor. Engine response and final jetting depend on your setup.

Check fit before ordering

This kit is listed for Tillotson 196cc/212cc, Honda GX140/GX160/GX200, Honda clone, and Predator 212 Hemi and Non-Hemi engines. It is also used on select TrailMaster Mini, Mid, and Blazer 200R go-karts. The engine or kart model alone does not confirm carburetor compatibility: the included jet requires a compatible carburetor with a replaceable main jet. Check available space around the air filter on your particular vehicle.

If your engine has an EPA-style carburetor with a non-replaceable jet, you will need a compatible replacement carburetor. The Stock Clone Carburetor comes with a stock jet; install the .038 jet from this kit for the Stage 1 setup. The Stage 1 Clone Carburetor has its performance jet installed. Confirm carburetor fit for your engine before buying.

Complete your setup

• Header pipe: Sold separately. Choose a pipe that fits your engine and clears your bike or kart frame.
• Vent filter kit: Optional addition when your installation calls for crankcase vent filtration.
• Rubber air cleaner spacer: Optional help for certain air-filter clearance issues.
