Fitment Information

These handlebars are designed for mini bikes and other custom applications that use 7/8" handlebar clamps, risers, grips, and controls. They are not guaranteed to bolt directly onto every mini bike.

Measure before ordering. Confirm your handlebar-clamp diameter, riser spacing, available cable length, and control compatibility before installation.

• Taller handlebars may require a longer throttle cable, brake cable, brake hose, kill-switch wiring, or other control wiring.
• Confirm that all cables and wires can move through the complete steering range without pulling, binding, or contacting hot or moving components.
• Depending on the application, different risers or mounting hardware may be required.
• Always verify that the handlebars clear the frame, fuel tank, seat, and other components throughout the complete steering range.

Finish Notes

• Bare-steel handlebars may have normal surface discoloration, light oxidation, tooling marks, or minor handling marks.
• Bare steel should be cleaned and finished promptly to help prevent corrosion.
• Mock up bare-steel handlebars with the risers and controls before applying paint or powder coat.
• Powder coating adds a small amount of thickness. Minor fitting or careful removal of coating from concealed clamp or control-mounting areas may occasionally be necessary.
• Small marks may occur in concealed mounting areas during installation.

Installation and Safety

• Professional installation is recommended if you are unfamiliar with handlebar, cable, brake, or throttle setup.
• Use the correct 7/8" risers and properly rated mounting hardware.
• Tighten all fasteners to the specifications supplied with your risers or vehicle.
• Verify that the throttle operates smoothly and returns automatically with the handlebars turned fully left and right.
• Verify that the brake operates correctly and that no cable, hose, or wire is stretched or pinched.
• Reinspect all mounting hardware after the initial ride.

Important: These are universal-style handlebars. Fitment is the responsibility of the installer. Modifications, longer cables, different risers, or additional hardware may be required depending on the mini bike and control configuration.
