30 Series 6" Driven Pulley – 16mm and 5/8" Jackshafts

Replace a worn or damaged driven pulley on your mini bike or go-kart torque converter with this aftermarket 30 Series 6" Driven Pulley. Although the center bore measures 16mm, this pulley is compatible with both 16mm and commonly used 5/8" jackshafts.

This asymmetrical driven pulley fits the GoPowerSports 30 Series Torque Converter Kit and is commonly used with TrailMaster MB200-2-style mini bike torque converters. It can also replace the driven pulley on many domestic and imported 30 Series TAV systems when the bore, keyway, pulley diameter and belt type match.

Fits 5/8" Jackshafts

The actual center bore of this pulley is 16mm, or approximately 0.630". It is also used as a replacement on compatible 5/8" jackshafts, which measure approximately 0.625". This makes it a useful replacement for both metric and fractional 30 Series torque converter applications.

Important: Verify the jackshaft diameter and keyway before ordering. The jackshaft must be in good condition, and the correct key, spacers, washers and retaining hardware must be used to secure the pulley properly.

A worn, damaged or sticking driven pulley can cause poor acceleration, belt slippage, inconsistent shifting and premature belt wear. Replacing the driven assembly can help restore smooth belt movement and proper torque converter operation.

Installation Notice: Inspect the jackshaft, bearings, keyway, belt and retaining hardware during installation. Confirm that both pulleys are properly aligned and that the driven pulley rotates freely without contacting the backplate or cover.
