This 30 Series TAV Kit is a quality aftermarket reproduction of the Comet made TAV2 Torque Converter Kit. Designed to be used on go-karts, mini-bikes and wake wrenches with engine sizes 3hp to 7hp. This is a must on live axle go-karts especially those with rear tires larger than 14" tall. A centrifugal clutch will not pull or hold up to these demands. For your convenience this kit comes with both sprockets, a #35 chain 12 tooth sprocket and the #41/40/420 chain with the #10 tooth sprocket. (This is not made by Comet)

*Not compatible with the 16mm Crankshaft Hisun Engine on Coleman Minibikes. Please check out our Coleman TAV Kit if you do have the smaller 16mm crankshaft.

- All necessary hardware to install kit
- Replacement bearings for jack shaft -# 6003
- We recommend #420 chain with this kit when using the 10 tooth sprocket.
- We recommend you use an impact when installing these parts. Failure to do so may result in the torque converter coming apart and possible injury.
- Replacement Jackshaft Lock Nut size: 16mm x 125mm

Where can I buy just the mount ?? A bearing broke and just the inner ring and balls came out. The outter ring is still stuck. But I don’t wanna get a whole new torque converter

their needs to be a part that makes to crank shaft bigger beacous apparently nobody makes 5/8-inch tourk converters. other than that, it works fantastic I found it online for about $12.

Looks well...
Packaged well and looks to be built well. Haven’t used it yet due to building custom kart for my 4 year old. Other then that was missing a couple bolts to mount to engine in exchange for some random larger sized bolts that is not needed. Changed all hardware to grade 8.
