Premium TAV kit with Blue cover and quality pulley springs.
Complete torque converter kit for the Coleman CT200 series mini bike. Has special driver clutch and adapter sleeve for the 16mm shaft (5/8").
- Includes all hardware and riser kit needed for proper clearance.
- Replacement belt is #9.100.018, belt option 725.
- Replacement bearings for jack shaft #6003
- These are after-market pulleys in kit, not Comet Brand.
- You may need 5' of #420 chain and cut down to length
Does not work on CT100U mini-bikes.
Some of the earlier Coleman engines had a 3/4" shaft on engine, please check you shaft diameter before ordering.
If your engine has the 3/4" shaft, you will need to order the standard TAV bolt-on kit, part #218352am-218353am, along with the risers, part #KDERK.

Just get it!
Installs and works great! I did have to switch the keyed washer to behind the rear sprocket to get the chain aligned and torque the engine and rear wheel into alignment. But when I removed the limiter screw it effectively doubled my top speed and made for smooth engagement! Would definitely recommend.

Why haven’t you bought it...
I love the Colman torque converter upgrade. Best thing Iv bought yet. Only reason for 4 stars is the washer that was provided on the bolt for my driver was small enough when I torqued down the driver. The washer pulled through and the torque converter went bouncing in every direction. After looking for a couple pieces in the bushes all was found. Found a good larger washer and went back together just fine. The 18 lbs valve springs are a great upgrade as well. And the torque with the 60 tooth sprocket is great. Can’t wait to keep upgrading my bt200x. Very happy with this company and all of there products!!!

Huge performance...
This kit may be the best serious hop up of the Coleman CT200U-EX. It pulls HARD from the first crack of the throttle. Worth the money, definitely ! The only hiccup we had was alignment of the engine and sprockets and the bolt and washer that screw into the crankshaft. The bolt is whimpy (not the fault of GPS, but the makers of the bike. The washer and the lock washer supplied in the kit are bargain basement quality and should be replaced with a larger thicker fender washer and a HD lock washer. If the kit had an inner disk on the washer covering the forward pulley, it would keep the washer centered. If the crank was drilled and tapped to accent a thicker bolt, you’d never have to worry about the puny thing snapping off. Bang up job on the torque converter, guys !!!

Double the speed.
Before I installed this kit on a Coleman CT200, the fastest it would go was 22mph. With this kit I hit 40 on the first ride with it. Very impressed.
One slight downside is that the back plate for the tav is to low and close to the frame to get the cover on, which is not that big of a deal: I believe a couple more washers under the motor mounts would probably solve that problem.
All in all, I am very impressed and I will probably be buying another one here soon -

Torque converter...
Looks great. Haven't installed it yet. Need a site that can explain the options. Like what the green spring does? What maintenance is needed, cleaning and any lubing needed. Other wise you have a good site.
