Complete torque converter kit for the Coleman CT200 series mini bike. Has special driver clutch and adapter sleave for the 16mm shaft(5/8).
- Includes all hardware and riser kit needed for proper clearance.
- Replacement belt is #9.100.018, belt option 725.
- Replacement bearings for jack shaft -# 6003
- These are after-market pulleys in kit, not Comet Brand.
Does not work on CT100U mini-bikes.
Some of the earlier Coleman engines had a 3/4" shaft on engine, Please check you shaft diameter before ordering.
If your engine has the 3/4" shaft, you will need to order the standard TAV bolt-on kit, part #218352am-218353am, along with the risers, part #KDERK.

If anyone could answer this question, would this work on a 196cc engine? I know this is supposed to be a review but I just wanted to know before I buy it
ordered a torq converter and received about 6 days later, quality parts and service liked it so much i ordered another one for a different mini bike.
This kit was fairly easy to install and gave my bike a lot more power. It does the job nicely. However, the cover that comes with it is a huge let down. For one, you have to cut the opening for the chain to fit. I feel like for this being a kit that should be done already. I was ok with that but I also found several issues when trying to mount the cover. The holes don't line up and there isn't any room for the bolts to go in without doing more cutting on my bike. I'm annoyed but I can deal with it. However the thing that really pisses me off is I got stuck with the garbage blue color. Yes, I read the fine print where you have to ask for the black one but by the time I was ready to place my order I forgot. You guys know good and well no one wants that garage blue but you make it so it's easy to get stuck with it so you can sell them anyway. Also your customer service is crap. I emailed you asking about buying a black cover separately or possible swapping them out and I have received no response. I'll probably end up manufacturing my own cover or hope I get lucky and find something on ebay. The cover is in the trash as it is worthless I'll be hard pressed buying anything from you again. We'll see if the torque converter lasts very long.
Everything that came in this kit fit perfectly and now the motorcycle is much faster, this is by far the best torque converter kit.
Easy install and performance boost. I have a stage 1 and 18 valve springs. I'm getting 38 mph with the governor and am hefty!!! lol
This converter setup works well! This is a must have for the coleman mini bikes. The fitment was close but found the chain links rub in the converter pully. It is impossible to install all the bolts for the cover, and the “cut yourself “ cover is just silly. Just pre cut the covers before putting them with the kit.

So much smoother of a ride and really nice to hit higher speeds an not be revving the motor out like crazy. Revs out around 4200 an stays there with lots of power. Cvt ftw
I did the torque converter and a 60 tooth sprocket upgrade on my Coleman ct200u-ex and first time sitting on it I hit the throttle, pulled a massive wheelie, panicked and whiskey throttled it. Rear fender dug a hole in my front yard and I fell off and ate dirt. Everyone pointed and laughed at me. 5/5 stars. Did exactly what I was hoping it would do but didn’t think it could.
