Everything is perfect except the raiser blocks do not raise the engine up enough to put 1 of the 4 bolts for the cover on and the rear pulley has a slight lip between it and the back plate which catches on the master li
This is a great product! Took about an hour to install, and had an instant boost over the stock clutch. High quality, and quick shipping!
The kit is very good. And it worked and fit like it should except the cover and the one inch risers the cover fit except the bottom right bolt won't go in. Because the mounting plate is to close to the engine block. And I think the 1 inch risers should be painted.
The sleave would not fit over the key way without having to file it. Had to buy a puller to get it back off
Installing the torque convert was much better. Improved everything from takeoff and engagement. Pretty easy to install also.
It looks good but I haven’t installed it yet on my minibike
I installed two of these on bikes over Christmas. The installation is pretty straight forward. I had both bikes done in about an hour and a half while drinking beer and pausing to stare at my handy work. This kit is a HUGE improvement over the centrifugal clutch and jackshaft configuration. It eliminates the rattle and the bike rolls fairly quiet. The change to the bottom-end-torque and acceleration is amazing. I'm 200lbs and the bike can now accelerate up any hill from a dig. This is how the bike should have been shipped from the factory.
After locking off the governor arm and making a new throttle link attached directly to the throttle cable, I installed the Coleman Stage 1 kit consisting a carb jet change, a pipe, "muffler" and air horn/filter, my bike ran the way it always should have. It ran great! I like to hear revs increase with vehicle speed.
After the install of a CVT primary drive, I'm not so sure. I may be in the minority, but I'm probably going back to a centrifugal and chain primary, then do a billet flywheel, billet rod, valve springs and carburetion improvements... but that's just me.
Purchased some Gopowersport upgrades for mr BT200X minibike. There are a few modifications required for the installs, but the support videos and other youtubers offer great ideas and help. The products are first rate quality and ease of install is awesome. Can’t wait to take it out for a test run.
