Pais extra for post still at uspd
product is well made ,i have not installed it yet. waiting on more parts. i did a mock up though it seems to fit fine .i do have to move the sprocket on live axle& jack shaft needs to be adjusted. the two things i wish it came with is the bellville washer & a longer crank shaft bolt. needs to be 2.5" long i originally had a 30 series on go cart when purchased. it has a 420cc engine on it so the bolt in the 30 series is too short.40 series should make a big difference in performance.
I bought an old very sturdy Manco Phoenix Condor II of of CL and have gotten quite an education. Parts are very hard to come by but so far the guys at GopowerSports have been extremely helpful and with a few emails and some pictures they were able to match up the parts I need. They even helped me out with a brake caliper that the local go kart store had no clue about finding a replacement for. Gopower Sports have earned a customer for life (or at least until my son out grows go karts)
Am not a mechanical whiz, but know how to have fun. Go karting is a blast. And when you need parts and don't know what they are called or what else you need to buy to make them work, GoPowerSports guys have all the answers, oftentimes off the top of their head. Bought the 40-series clutch kit for our new (to us) Manco DingoIX and everything fit with only minor adjustments (bushings to line up the clutch and torque converter and to avoid rubbing on the chain - see, now I know the name of the parts as well!) The Kart is now waaaayyyy quicker and won't stall when you stop as the new clutch does its thing. We will know where to go for any other parts Cheers!
