The GPS Drift Quad Roller Kit is the perfect middle ground for the garage builder. We’ve done the heavy lifting—precision welding the American-made steel frame and pre-bleeding the hydraulic brake system—so you don't need a TIG welder or a mess of brake fluid to get started.

But make no mistake: this is a true builder's kit. You receive a box of premium parts: the frame, axle, steering components, brakes, and tires. It is up to you to bolt it together, mount the tires, and set the alignment. It’s the satisfaction of building your own drift machine, without the fabrication headache.

Choose Your Tire Setup:

• Option 1: 15" Street Tires (Grip/All-Terrain)

• Best For: Rougher asphalt, neighborhood cruising, and higher ground clearance.
• Note: Tires ship unmounted.
• Option 2: 11" Drift Slicks (Smooth Concrete)
• Best For: Technical sliding on smooth surfaces.
• Note: Tires ship unmounted. Compatible with 10" PVC Sleeves (not included).

• 1x Welded Frame: GPS Drift Quad Chassis (Made in USA).
• Steering Kit: Spindles, Tie Rods, Steering Shaft, Risers, and Handlebars.
• Braking Kit: Hydraulic Caliper, Master Cylinder, Hose, and 8" Disc (Pre-bled and ready to mount).
• Drivetrain: 1" Live Axle, Hangers, Bearings, Hubs, Sprocket, and Chain.
• Rolling Stock: Rims and Tires (Tires ship unmounted).
• Controls: Billet Thumb Throttle and Kill Switch.
• Hardware: Full nut-and-bolt kit for assembly.

(Note: Engine, Clutch, and Chain Guard are NOT included.)

⚠ Important Build Notes:

1. Assembly Is Required: This is NOT a pre-assembled kart. You will need standard hand tools (wrenches, sockets, allen keys) to assemble the chassis. You will also need to mount the tires and bleed the hydraulic brake system.

2. Engine Compatibility: Designed for 196cc / 212cc Small Block Engines (Honda GX200, Predator 212, Tillotson 212).

3. Fuel System Mod: Stock gas tanks WILL NOT FIT. You must remove the engine's top-mounted tank and install a Remote Fuel Tank (sold separately) due to the frame's low-profile design.

Things To Know:

• Frame and Forks do not come painted, these are bare mild steel ready for your paint job or powder coat.
• It is recommended to mock up all parts on frame before painting to ensure everything lines up. Sometimes you may need to make some minor adjustments or re-drill some holes, so it is best to make modifications before painting.
