Mega Moto 80 Outlaw 212 Mini Bike Kit

We took the lightweight, nimble Mega Moto 80 frame with front suspension and stuffed it with a massive Tillotson 212 racing engine. Because a 212cc engine is physically too large to fit under the stock 80cc frame with its factory gas tank and airbox, we solved the clearance issues for you by including a custom Unitank, a Stage 1 Performance Kit, and a custom exhaust header. This is a complete, ready-to-build "Outlaw" package designed for riders who want unmatched power-to-weight performance.
What's Included in the Box:
- The Rolling Chassis: Mega Moto 80 Frame featuring hydraulic front suspension for a smooth ride.
- The Powerplant: Tillotson 212cc Pull-Start Engine (Renowned for massive torque and reliability).
- Fuel System: UniTank with custom Mega Moto 80 Unitank Mount and 5-feet of 3/16" ID Fuel Line.
- Breathing & Exhaust: Stage 1 Performance Kit (upgraded intake) and a Skinny Center Exit Header Pipe for maximum exhaust flow.
- Drivetrain: Mega Moto 80 Adapter Plate (for a seamless engine drop-in), a 12T 3/4" Bore Centrifugal Clutch (#35), 5-feet of #35 Chain, and a Short Chain Guard.
BUILDER'S TECH NOTE: Mock It Up Before You Paint!
This is a custom builder's kit, and some minor adjustments or re-drilling of holes may be required depending on your exact setup. We highly recommend you fully assemble and mock up all parts on the bare frame BEFORE you paint or powder coat it!
