Build your front end your way with the Go Power Sports Premium Mini Bike Front Suspension Builder Package. Designed for the TrailMaster MB200 and Hurricane 200 family, this kit combines long-travel forks, heavy-duty billet triple trees and a hydraulic front brake caliper while giving you the flexibility to select your own 8" or 10" front wheel setup.

Builder Package Notice: This kit does not include a front wheel, tire or brake disc/rotor. These components must be selected and purchased separately.

This kit is intended for large-frame mini bikes and is not designed for small-frame mini bikes.

Production changes and previous owner modifications may result in different axle, bearing, neck or frame dimensions, even among mini bikes with the same model name. Confirm the dimensions of your mini bike before ordering.

Premium Long-Travel Suspension

The two 30" tall shock absorbers feature a substantial 48mm outside diameter for the strength and stability required by larger mini bikes. Their long-travel design helps absorb bumps, ruts and rough terrain for a smoother, more controlled ride.

Adjustable Ride Height

The adjustable front-end design allows you to fine-tune the ride height during installation. This makes it easier to match the suspension to your selected wheel size, terrain and preferred riding position.

Heavy-Duty Billet Triple Trees

The upper and lower triple trees are machined from 1.125" thick 6061 aluminum. This provides a strong and rigid mounting foundation for the 48mm forks while giving your mini bike a clean, premium appearance.

Hydraulic Front Brake Compatibility

A hydraulic front brake caliper is included with the Builder Package. A compatible front wheel, brake disc and any application-specific mounting or alignment hardware must be selected separately.

• (1) 15mm front axle bolt

15mm Front Axle Requirement

This suspension kit uses a 15mm front axle and only works with front-wheel bearings that have a 15mm inside diameter.

Some mini bikes and replacement wheels come with a 12mm axle and 12mm ID wheel bearings. A wheel equipped with 12mm ID bearings will not fit the supplied 15mm axle unless the wheel hub accepts compatible replacement bearings with a 15mm inside diameter.

The complete version of this suspension kit previously used 6002 wheel bearings with a 32mm outside diameter and 15mm inside diameter. These bearings can be used with compatible wheel hubs designed to accept a 32mm OD bearing.

Always verify the bearing inside diameter, outside diameter and width before installation. A 15mm inside diameter alone does not guarantee that a bearing will fit your selected wheel hub.

Installation Notes

• Mechanical assembly is required.
• Confirm that the selected wheel and all wheel bearings accept the supplied 15mm axle.
• Do not attempt to install a 15mm axle through bearings with a 12mm inside diameter.
• Verify bearing dimensions, wheel width and brake-disc alignment before installation.
• Wheel spacers, washers or brake-caliper alignment shims may be required.
• Custom or modified frames may require additional fitting or fabrication.
• Make sure all steering, suspension, axle and brake components are properly aligned and securely tightened before riding.
• Professional installation is recommended if you are unfamiliar with mini bike steering, suspension or hydraulic brake systems.
