Build a premium custom front end for your Mega Moto 212 with the Go Power Sports Premium Mini Bike Front Suspension Builder Package. Featuring long-travel forks, precision-machined billet triple trees and a hydraulic front brake caliper, this kit provides the essential components for improved suspension performance while allowing you to select your own front wheel and brake-disc configuration.

Fits

• Mega Moto 212 Mini Bike

This suspension kit is designed for the large-frame Mega Moto 212. It is not intended for the smaller Mega Moto 80 or other small-frame mini bikes.

Production changes and previous owner modifications may result in different axle, bearing, steering-neck or frame dimensions. Confirm your mini bike’s measurements before ordering.

Both options feature the same precision-machined construction and heavy-duty 6061 aluminum material.

Premium Long-Travel Suspension

The two shock absorbers measure 30" tall and feature a substantial 48mm outside diameter. Their long-travel design helps absorb bumps, ruts and rough terrain, providing a smoother and more controlled ride than a rigid or basic front-end setup.

The larger fork design also provides the strength and stability needed for the Mega Moto 212 platform and other demanding off-road mini bike applications.

Adjustable Ride Height

The adjustable front-end design allows you to fine-tune the ride height during installation. This gives you the flexibility to match the suspension to your selected wheel size, terrain and preferred riding position.

Always confirm adequate tire, frame and fender clearance throughout the full range of suspension and steering movement.

Heavy-Duty Billet Triple Trees

The upper and lower triple trees are machined from 1.125" thick 6061 aluminum. This provides a strong and rigid mounting foundation for the 48mm forks while giving your Mega Moto 212 a clean, premium appearance.

Hydraulic Front Brake Compatibility

A hydraulic front brake caliper is included with the Builder Package. To complete the front brake system, you must select a compatible wheel, brake disc and any application-specific mounting or alignment hardware required by your setup.

Brake-disc alignment must be checked carefully during installation. Wheel spacers, washers or brake-caliper alignment shims may be required depending on the wheel and brake disc selected.

15mm Front Axle Requirement

This suspension kit uses a 15mm front axle and only works with front-wheel bearings that have a 15mm inside diameter.

Some mini bikes and replacement wheels are equipped with bearings designed for a 12mm axle. A wheel with 12mm ID bearings will not fit the 15mm axle supplied with this kit. The wheel bearings must be compatible with both the 15mm axle and the bearing bore in the selected wheel hub.

The wheel configuration previously supplied with the complete version of this suspension kit used 6002 wheel bearings with a 32mm outside diameter and 15mm inside diameter.

A 6002 bearing may be used when the selected wheel hub is designed to accept a bearing with a 32mm outside diameter. Always verify the bearing inside diameter, outside diameter and width before installation. A 15mm inside diameter alone does not guarantee that a bearing will fit your wheel hub.

Installation Notes

• Mechanical assembly is required.
• Confirm that the selected wheel and all wheel bearings accept the supplied 15mm axle.
• Do not attempt to install the 15mm axle through bearings with a 12mm inside diameter.
• Verify the wheel-bearing dimensions, wheel width and brake-disc alignment before installation.
• Application-specific wheel spacers, washers or brake-caliper alignment shims may be required.
• Modified frames and custom wheel configurations may require additional fitting or fabrication.
• Check for proper steering movement and tire, frame and fender clearance before riding.
• Make sure all steering, suspension, axle and brake components are properly aligned and securely tightened.
• Test the completed braking system at low speed before normal operation.
• Professional installation is recommended if you are unfamiliar with mini bike steering, suspension or hydraulic brake systems.
