We know that for many fabricators and garage builders, a pre-assembled roller kit is just a starting line. You want the freedom to choose your own wheels, tires, brakes, and custom components from the ground up. Whether you are looking to swap over parts from a tired Coleman CT200U, or you have a garage full of spare parts waiting for a home, the Rascal Frame Kit is the perfect blank canvas.

American-Made Strength Just like our popular Roller Kit, this frame is manufactured right here in the USA. Constructed from high-quality steel tubing, the Rascal is designed to handle the abuse of off-road riding that standard box-store frames simply can’t survive. It features a robust engine mounting plate capable of accepting standard small block engines (Predator 212, Honda GX200, Tillotson 212) without the need for modification.

The Perfect Swap If you have a bent or broken frame from a different mini bike but your wheels and engine are still good, the Rascal Frame is the ultimate upgrade. It offers improved geometry and durability compared to standard imports, giving you a better ride using the parts you already own.

What’s Included: This is a stripped-down builder's kit containing the core essentials to get your chassis started:

• 1x Rascal Main Frame (Raw steel finish, ready for paint or powder coat)
• 1x Rascal Front Fork Assembly
• 1x Neck Bolt
• 2x Neck Bushings

Things To Know:

• Frame and Forks do not come painted, these are bare mild steel ready for your paint job or powder coat.
• It is recommended to mock up all parts on frame before painting to ensure everything lines up. Sometimes you may need to make some minor adjustments or re-drill some holes, so it is best to make modifications before painting.
