Build your own compact, vintage-style mini bike with the Lil' Rascal Mini Bike Frame Kit from GoPowerSports. Designed and manufactured in the USA, the Lil' Rascal combines classic mini bike styling with heavy-duty steel construction and rider-friendly proportions.

The compact frame is an excellent foundation for custom mini bike projects. Its low seat height works well for smaller riders, while the tall handlebars and carefully selected frame dimensions can accommodate many adult riders. Review the listed measurements to determine whether the Lil' Rascal is appropriate for your intended rider and build.

Choose Your Frame Finish

• Gloss Black Powder Coat: A durable, finished appearance that gets your build started with less preparation. Available as a free upgrade for a limited time while supplies last.
• Bare Steel: Ready for your choice of paint, powder coat or custom finish.

The selected finish applies to the Lil' Rascal frame and handlebar/fork assembly. Neck bolt hardware is supplied separately with the kit.

If you select bare steel, we recommend completing a full mock-up before applying paint or powder coat. Minor fitting, alignment or hole adjustments should be completed before the final finish is applied. Modifications made to a powder-coated frame may require finish touch-up.

Fitment note: Engine installation requires removing the engine's original fuel tank, air-filter box and exhaust. Additional installation components are required and sold separately.

• 98cc Gasoline Engine: Requires the appropriate air-filter adapter, 52mm air filter and aftermarket header pipe
• 196cc Clone Engines: Require compatible Stage 1 components
• 212cc Tillotson and Predator Engines: Require compatible Stage 1 components
• 225cc Tillotson Engines: Require compatible Stage 1 components

Engine compatibility does not mean every required installation component is included. Clutch alignment, chain clearance, fuel-system routing and exhaust clearance must be checked during assembly.

This is a frame kit—not a complete mini bike or roller kit. Unless specifically stated otherwise, the following items must be purchased separately:

• Brake system and brake disc
• Throttle, cable, grips and kill switch
• Clutch, chain, sprocket and chain-tension components
• Gas tank, fuel line and fuel-system components

Assembly & Safety Information

This product requires assembly, adjustment and a complete pre-ride inspection. The builder is responsible for confirming proper component fitment, steering movement, chain alignment, brake operation, fastener torque and safe cable and fuel-line routing.

This frame is intended for off-road recreational use on private property where permitted. It is not designed or approved for use on public roads. Always wear a properly fitted helmet and appropriate protective equipment. Young riders require responsible adult supervision.
