It’s a fully integrated fuel system that combines a form of mechanical fuel injection with enhanced atomization and accelerated fuel flow. With the TillotsonTCT technology, we are able to map performance directly to the engine, increasing and decreasing the fuel/air mixture at each load point to provide the engine with optimum performance with the lowest possible emissions. Traditional carburetors can only add fuel as the engine accelerates, making it difficult to adjust to lean spots and impossible to reduce fuel along the progression. With the TillotsonTCT technology, we can add or subtract the fuel supply wherever and whenever desired in the acceleration curve. We can also provide more fuel at idle and less fuel at WOT to make starting easier and increasing power while still lowering overall emissions.

Only gave 4 stars because I haven't run it yet. Outer inspection reveals a more Ducar quality to the castings.
Box was well suited to shipping, BUT should be re-used at GPS, as the top piece of tape was completely gone.
My box was completely open. Inspection at delivery showed no damage, and everything(springs and tack) still in box, so I accepted shipment.
The first one I bought performed so well that I had to buy a second one you can’t beat this product for the price
This engine produces a lot of horsepower for size runs excellent and you can’t beat the price
Fast shipping, knowledgeable sales people, nice compact design, bolted right in, three pulls of the rope and fired right up, plenty of power, smooth idle right out of the box, next will have to be a live axle, single drive is a little to weak, engine begs for more traction.
Stock engine and carb are very strong. Engine is very powerful as is. Was very snappy. I also ran the TCT injection unit to compare with stock carb,.It works good, requiring me to richen the meter screw at least 1 1/2 turns counter clockwise to accept full throttle . After that the engine was as good as the stock carb. Later I modify engine with a Dyno CM .265 lift cam, billet speedway flywheel, Ducur 212 billiet rod from ARC and the Chinese minuki 22 mm carb. No other mods to valve train or springs required! Engine turns 8100 rpms before floating valves. Guvnor removed. Cam is rated max at 7500. Engine will turn 7500 RPM's all day long with stock valves and springs. Also running stock piston. Appears the valves are approximately 27 mm intake, 25mm exhaust with automotive split type valve retainers, the good stuff. Not sure about rocker ratio, but I'm betting its higher than most clone engines or other 212's. Crank journal was 1.180 & wrist pin was .716 inches dead nuts. The Stock dish piston has valve relief cut for the exhaust valve. And ended up between .005 - .010 below deck with mentioned rod. I used a .010 inch thick head gasket, I have over rev-ed the engine three times. Two times it spit the exhaust pushrod out from under the rocker and shut off. Once I was able to get off the throttle in time. At no point did engine damage occur. Just reinstalled the pushrod and fired the engine back up. I did pull the head the first time to check valves and piston, no damage detected. I run a Digatron tach with temp gage as well. engine was around 8140 at valve float. Temps are still being monitored as I have not gotten the kart past 4000 rpm on runs,,, too scared as speed is climbing past my comfort zone. So far temps as high as 340 degrees F.
After a little wait I got my engines, can't wait to get them hooked up. The guys & products at Go Power Sports are top notch if they're not your one stop shop then your wasting time & money.....
