Product Description
Mega Moto 212cc roller frame without an engine. The Mega Moto 212 is a fantastic mini bike that has a Head Light, Front Suspension, Front and Rear Hydraulic Brakes, Torque Converter, and huge 19X7-8 Tires all on a beefy frame. This kit will not come assembled, the photos only depict what it would look like assembled. Ships in one box and assembly would be required. Local pick up is available but should contact us prior to arrival.
Due to different engines being used for this build, this kit does not come with a crankshaft bolt for the Driver unit. For 196cc/212cc/225cc engines, you will need a 5/16" Fine Thread x 2-1/4" bolt. Make sure the bolt catches at least 3/4" thread inside your crank and be sure to tighten with an impact gun.
Replacement Belt: 203590
Replacement Jackshaft Bearing: 6003
Only Available in the lower 48 states due to size and condition of box.

It’s a beast!
This bike is a BEAST! I LOVE it! I was going to give a four star rating, but honestly, the inconvenient items I’m listing below can’t take away from the fact that this kit is stupid easy to build, and it’s an absolute BLAST to ride! 1) Label the parts bags. There are multiple bags with similar bolts, and a couple of bags that have parts for different build steps. I know it’s not specifically your kit, but more information would be very helpful. 2) Include, with the box, a QR code or link to your assembly video. The written instructions that come in the box aren’t worth the paper they’re written on. I found the assembly video to be extremely helpful when it came to building the jack shaft and torque converter. “Oilin’ the shaft!” ROTFLMAO! 3) On that paper with the QR code or link, it should be fully explained which bolts a builder will need to source to install the torque converter. You need to source four 5/16 24tpi 1/2 or 3/4” bolts for the torque converter cover adapters, AND a 5/16 24tpi 2 1/4” bolt for the drive. The information is currently not co-located. 4) TORQUE SPECS PLEASE! I couldn’t find them anywhere. Ok, I still give this kit and build a five star rating! 10 out of 10 would highly recommend! Also, don’t stick a predator in this bike. It deserves a Tillotson!

Packing sub...
The packing was very poor and I had ordered other things like piston rod and they were just tossed into the box and box was smashed and had holes which small parts could fall through

The things a BLAST ????. Easy to build .
I bought the frame new from a friend because it had a busted off foot peg . So I welded it back on ?. I do wish GPS would get all the spare parts in for this bike ?. I like it a lot . Motor is a stock predator 224 ( made by DUCAR . Runs really well . No electric start but that’s ok . I love it ?.

Great kit...
Love the roller kit! I am specing out engine options now, and leaning to the Ducar 212 for better stock carb flexibility vs the Tillotson 212. Does anyone know what flywheel / charging coil options there are for the Ducar 212 to enable some power to the headlight while running? There has to be SOMETHING?! GL fellow Mega Mini riders!

Heavy...
Shipped fast, got the kit by itself so I could just use the pull start version of the tillotson 212. Removed the governor and added the stage one kit, still breaking it in. Runs strong and started on the second pull! I was missing one bolt for the front forks but they sent a replacement right away! Box was in decent shape, others said there was nothing left of theirs. Just wish I had more money to spend at go power sports!

Mega...
This kit comes packaged in one big box, everything. No crate, just a reinforced cardboard box, everything weighing in at 140 pounds total. Due to the packaging the frame will come with light scratches and scuffs, which didn't bother me much because I'm building as a trail bike, not some model bike. Nothing arrived broken or bent, thankfully. Slim pickens for headers that'll work with this frame other than the one GPS sells and a couple shorter style ones on Amazon, unless you know how to weld than those are your options. The header support bracket will not work with the header GPS sells for this frame without modifications. I had to bend, cut and drill a new bolt hole for the support bracket to work. The included brackets for the tav cover will not work with an ARC billet side cover. The included suspension forks aren't bad but they bottom out rather easily and could use heavier weight fork oil, the fork caps are definitely overtightened which makes changing the fork oil a mission of it's own. Overall I think the frame is going to be a good one, if doing a 18+ hp build I'd recommend reinforcing the engine mount plate with some angle iron. The steerer tube on this is way beefier than most!

Solid mini bike kit.
I bought this to go with my stage 4 predator 224. I also purchased all the parts from OMB. Very happy with it so far.

Great mini bike kit for the...
My wife just recently bought me the frame kit, because I already had an engine on order. Just like everyone says, box was beat up, but everything was there. After getting it together and putting a Ducar 212cc on it, all I can say its my favorite out of the mini bikes I have (also have a trailmaster mb200-2 and a Massimo Warrior) would definitely get this kit again. Great for cruising with good power on reserve with a 212cc and a stage 1 kit. Big beefy frame. I did swap the pvl flywheel for a regular one with charging coils to run the light.

Something a little...
Karters will recognize the Briggs World Formula engine. I had a hurt example I got inexpensively and repaired, so I decided to see if it would work with the Megamoto kit. Took some doing, but I like to tinker. See the pix. Needs a bigger tank, but the one shown is what I had available at the time. Also note the different throttle cable arrangement for the slider-type carb. The engine will go to 7100 RPM so I ordered the Juggernaut driver with the kit. After some off-road and gravel road riding at moderate speeds I can say the bike is comfortable enough (that front fork helps). Haven't topped out this beast yet (and I'm not sure I want to!) but I suspect once I find a long enough straight stretch it'll go well north of 60mph. Other reviewers are on point about the packing. The box is simply not up to the task. My kit arrived with the rear carrier area shoved through and sporting a pretty good sized dent. GoPowerSports made it good with an appropriate partial refund - they're excellent to work with. Hard to imagine a better kit for the price.
