The torque converter makes acceleration smooth and easy, and the large tires provide excellent traction and stability. With the Mega Moto 212cc roller frame, you can build a custom minibike that is tailored to your needs and preferences.
Mega Moto 212cc roller frame without an engine. The Mega Moto 212 is a fantastic mini bike that has a Head Light, Front Suspension, Front and Rear Hydraulic Brakes, Torque Converter, and huge 19X7-8 Tires all on a beefy frame. This kit will not come assembled, the photos only depict what it would look like assembled. Ships in one box and assembly would be required. Local pick up is available but should contact us prior to arrival.
Due to different engines being used for this build, this kit does not come with a crankshaft bolt for the Driver unit. For 196cc/212cc/225cc engines, you will need a 5/16" Fine Thread x 2-1/4" bolt. Make sure the bolt catches at least 3/4" thread inside your crank and be sure to tighten with an impact gun.

Great mini bike kit for the...
My wife just recently bought me the frame kit, because I already had an engine on order. Just like everyone says, box was beat up, but everything was there. After getting it together and putting a Ducar 212cc on it, all I can say its my favorite out of the mini bikes I have (also have a trailmaster mb200-2 and a Massimo Warrior) would definitely get this kit again. Great for cruising with good power on reserve with a 212cc and a stage 1 kit. Big beefy frame. I did swap the pvl flywheel for a regular one with charging coils to run the light.

Something a little...
Karters will recognize the Briggs World Formula engine. I had a hurt example I got inexpensively and repaired, so I decided to see if it would work with the Megamoto kit. Took some doing, but I like to tinker. See the pix. Needs a bigger tank, but the one shown is what I had available at the time. Also note the different throttle cable arrangement for the slider-type carb. The engine will go to 7100 RPM so I ordered the Juggernaut driver with the kit. After some off-road and gravel road riding at moderate speeds I can say the bike is comfortable enough (that front fork helps). Haven't topped out this beast yet (and I'm not sure I want to!) but I suspect once I find a long enough straight stretch it'll go well north of 60mph. Other reviewers are on point about the packing. The box is simply not up to the task. My kit arrived with the rear carrier area shoved through and sporting a pretty good sized dent. GoPowerSports made it good with an appropriate partial refund - they're excellent to work with. Hard to imagine a better kit for the price.

Ordered mine today, excited.
Had a Rokon, three Tote gote minibikes, one Rupp, and one called a Trail Wacker/Blazer(?). It was awesome and I did a strip restore on it with a red powder coat. It had 16" M151 style tires and would go almost anywhere, but it was heavy. We moved from Utah to FL and sold everything (still kicking myself). I'm going to put a 10hp Diesel in this chassis. The thing that always bugs me about the off road mini's if it's steep, you will almost always run out of torque before you run out of hill. My last 10 hp Wacker never ran out of torque, so I'm hoping for good things from this combo. My challenge will now be mud and not big hills.

Best value mini...
Nothing comes close to the value of this mini bike kit . I'm on my second one now. Had the other mini bikes with drum brakes and skinny frames.no stopping power and dangerous. Love the low stable center of gravity. Not sure how long they can offer this value at this price . Get one while you can Love mine.

MM212...
I was a little skeptical about purchasing this roller but after receiving it in a rather timely manner. Putting the bike together wasn't that bad they could label what hardware goes to what part. That's really the only issue I can see. After installing my highly modified Tilly I realized how awesome the brakes are on this machine. If you're wanting a nice sturdy bike I highly recommend giving it a try.

Awesome and...
This bike was a joy to build, the directions provided aren’t the best but using the YouTube video from gopowersports was very easy to follow. Haven’t ridden it yet as it’s a birthday gift for my daughter who is upgrading from a monster Moto 105. I will say the box this comes in is destroyed upon arrival. Even the ones that red beards garage, and cars and cameras received were destroyed. The frame had several scratches with one being 2 inches long and an inch wide. But I gave it a quick repaint before building. The chain guard was badly bent and mangled but gopowersports sent a new one right away. All in all it’s well worth the money and an awesome little bike

The Mega Moto 212cc is a good bargain for DIYers.
The video on GoPowerSports is extremely valuable for understanding how to put the bike together fast. I had to use ratchet straps and White Lithium grease to get the front forks on. I also used a little anti seize lubricant on some parts of the assembly that I may want to take apart one day.
