A Lightweight Foundation for Your Custom Build

The Rascal GT Mini Bike Frame & Fork Kit gives fabricators, racers, and garage builders a lightweight foundation for creating a custom mini bike. Its dual-down-tube construction and honeycomb-style weight-relief design help reduce unnecessary weight while maintaining a rigid chassis.

Whether you are building a low-slung drag mini bike, a comfortable cruiser, or something completely your own, the Rascal GT provides multiple mounting locations and plenty of room for customization. The elevated engine plate also provides additional clearance for common centrifugal-clutch and torque-converter drivetrain configurations.

Axle-Bracket Compatibility

The kit includes a pair of removable 12mm axle brackets. These brackets have a 12mm center hole and may be drilled to accept a 1/2" axle when required.

Builders using a 5/8" axle can purchase the optional Rascal GT 5/8" Axle Bracket Kit.

Important: Confirm your axle diameter, wheel bearings, hubs, spacers, brake alignment, and sprocket alignment before ordering or modifying the axle brackets.

Build It as a Drag Bike or Cruiser

Drag Build: Configure the Rascal GT with lower handlebars, rear-set foot pegs, performance drivetrain components, a steering stabilizer, or a wheelie-bar setup to create a purpose-built drag mini bike.

Cruiser Build: Add taller handlebars, a comfortable seat, forward-mounted foot pegs, larger tires, and your preferred drivetrain for a lightweight custom cruiser.

Because this is a builder’s frame kit, final fitment depends on the components and configuration selected by the installer. Fabrication, drilling, spacing, or other adjustments may be required.

• Handlebars or handlebar risers
• Seat

• General assembly hardware other than the listed neck hardware and axle brackets

Before Assembly or Finishing

• Mock up all major components before applying paint or a custom powder-coat finish.
• Verify engine, drivetrain, chain, sprocket, brake, wheel, tire, and axle alignment before final assembly.
• Drilling, spacing, fabrication, or other adjustments may be necessary depending on the components selected.
• Powder coat may need to be carefully removed from threaded holes, electrical grounding points, bearing surfaces, or close-tolerance mounting areas.
• All assembly and final safety inspections should be completed by a qualified person.
