The Bolt Go-Kart Kit, designed in collaboration with Build Break Repeat, is a premium bolt-together project for builders who want the satisfaction of assembling a real go-kart from the ground up. With pre-drilled bare-steel frame components, a complete rolling chassis and three power-package choices, the Bolt gives you a straightforward path from boxes in the garage to a single-seat go-kart.

Choose the Bolt Kart Frame for a build-your-own-powertrain project, the Bolt Kart with 98cc Engine for a lighter-powered setup, or the Bolt Kart with Tillotson 212cc Pull Start Engine for maximum stock performance. No matter which option you choose, assembly is required and no welding is needed.

Engine and Clutch Information

98cc Engine Option: Includes the 98cc Gasoline Engine and a 12T Centrifugal Clutch, 5/8" Bore, #35. The 5/8" bore clutch is matched to the 98cc engine crankshaft.

Tillotson 212cc Engine Option: Includes the Tillotson 212E Hemi Racing Engine, Pull Start and a 12-tooth #35 clutch with a 3/4" bore. The 3/4" bore clutch is matched to the Tillotson engine crankshaft.

Frame Option: The Bolt Kart Frame option does not include an engine or clutch. If supplying your own engine, use a clutch that matches both your engine crankshaft diameter and the Bolt Kart’s #35 chain pitch. Common options include a 12T Centrifugal Clutch, 5/8" Bore, #35 or a 12T GPS Centrifugal Clutch, 3/4" Bore, #35.

Recommended Engine Care:

• Tillotson Break-In Oil – recommended for the initial break-in period of a new Tillotson engine
• Tillotson Synthetic 4-Stroke Performance Oil – recommended after break-in for Tillotson four-stroke engines
