The Mega Moto 80 Minibike Roller Frame Kit is the ultimate all-in-one foundation for your custom build. Built off the proven Mega Moto B80/B105/E1000 chassis, this complete rolling kit is the perfect size for teenagers all the way up to adults. Whether you are building a reliable first bike for a young rider to learn on, or heavily modifying it to take the podium at your next big race, the possibilities with this heavy-duty steel frame are endless.

- Drive Components: Comes pre-installed with a 75T Rear Sprocket (#35 Pitch).
BUILDER'S TECH NOTE: Engine Mounts & Clutches
This kit does NOT include an engine, clutch, or chain.
The stock motor mount plate on this frame is designed for a factory 79cc engine that is no longer available. To drop a modern engine into this frame without cutting or welding, you will need to add a specific adapter plate and clutch based on your engine size:
- If using a 98cc Engine: You will need the Mega Moto 98 Adapter Plate and a 12T Centrifugal Clutch (5/8" Bore, #35 Pitch).
- If using a 196/212/225cc Clone Engine: You will need the Mega Moto 80 Adapter Plate (for 196/212/225cc Engines) and a 12T GPS Centrifugal Clutch (3/4" Bore, #35 Pitch).
