The Mega Moto 80 Roller Frame Kit is a heavy-duty steel foundation for a custom minibike build. Based on the Mega Moto B80, B105, and E1000-style chassis, this roller kit is sized for teenage and adult riders who want to select their own engine, clutch, exhaust, gearing, and performance parts.

Important Fitment and Assembly Information

• Engine Required: This is a roller frame kit and does not include an engine.
• Adapter Plate Required: The correct Mega Moto adapter plate is required for the engine you choose.
• Clutch Fitment: Confirm that the clutch bore matches the engine crankshaft diameter and keyway.
• Chain Fitment: The installed rear sprocket uses #35 chain pitch.
• Exhaust Clearance: Engine swaps may require a custom header pipe to clear the frame, seat, tire, and controls.
• Assembly Required: Mechanical assembly, drivetrain installation, controls setup, and final adjustment are required.
• Frame Compatibility: Although the Mega Moto frame may resemble a Moto Vox minibike, the dimensions and component fitment are different.

Front axle note: If you need to replace the front axle on this front-suspension frame kit, it uses the same size hardware as the Mega Moto 80/105 rear axle.
