Mega Moto 80 roller kit with front suspension — engine and drivetrain not included. Build your own minibike starting with a steel rolling chassis, hydraulic front forks, 3-spoke mag wheels, rear disc brake, seat, adjustable handlebars, and 75-tooth rear sprocket. Assembly is required; this is not a ready-to-ride minibike.

What you'll need to complete the build

Sold separately: Engine, engine adapter plate, clutch, #35 drive chain, exhaust or header pipe, and the fuel-system components required for your chosen engine. You will also need to assemble the roller, install the drivetrain, set up the controls, and make final adjustments.

Choose your engine setup

• Building your own 98cc bike? Add a Mega Moto 98 Adapter Plate, a 12T #35 clutch with a 5/8" bore for a matching crankshaft, and #35 chain. For an engine and major parts selected together, see the Mega Moto 98 Mini Bike Kit.
• Building with a 196cc, 212cc, or 225cc clone-style engine? Add a Mega Moto 80 Adapter Plate, a 12T #35 clutch with a 3/4" bore if it matches your engine's crankshaft, and #35 chain.

Planning a 212cc build? The adapter plate and clutch are only part of the setup. You also need a fuel tank, intake, and exhaust arrangement that clears this compact frame. Our Mega Moto 80 Outlaw 212 Kit shows one matched approach with those components selected for you.

Check the clutch bore against your engine's crankshaft, and test-fit the engine, tank, intake, exhaust, clutch, and chain before final tightening or custom paint. The installed rear sprocket uses #35 chain. A chain breaker can help size the chain during installation. The Skinny Center Exit Header Pipe is one exhaust option; confirm engine fit and frame clearance for your build.

Shipping and assembly notes

• The kit arrives packaged for shipment and requires mechanical assembly. It does not arrive ready to ride.
• Minor cosmetic scratches or dents may occur in transit. Cosmetic blemishes are not covered; report any missing mechanical components to GoPowerSports.
• Before riding, check the brakes, steering, throttle, chain, tires, and fasteners. Wear a helmet, eye protection, gloves, closed-toe shoes, and appropriate riding gear.
