The Mega Moto 80 Roller Frame Kit is a heavy-duty steel foundation for a custom minibike build. It is based on the proven Mega Moto B80, B105, and E1000-style chassis and is sized for teenagers and adults. Add the engine, clutch, adapter plate, chain, and exhaust that match your build goals.

Build Your Own Powertrain
This roller frame kit does not include an engine, clutch, adapter plate, chain, or exhaust. Choose the components that best fit your project.
- For 196cc, 212cc, and 225cc Clone Engines: Add the Mega Moto 80 Adapter Plate and a 12T GPS Centrifugal Clutch, 3/4" Bore.
- For 98cc Engines: Add the Mega Moto 98 Adapter Plate and a 12T Centrifugal Clutch, 5/8" Bore.

- #35 Chain, 5-Foot and Chain Breaker Tool
- Custom Exhaust: For a 98cc or 212cc engine swap, use the Skinny Center Exit Header Pipe.
- Additional Upgrade: Consider the Mega Moto 80 212cc Complete Kit if you want a more complete matched build.
