Build Your Own Full-Size Rascal Mini Bike

The Rascal Mini Bike Roller Kit gives builders a nearly complete rolling chassis without locking them into a particular engine or drivetrain setup. It is an excellent starting point for a custom 196cc, 212cc, 224cc, or 225cc mini bike build.

Designed as the larger sibling to the Lil' Rascal, the Rascal offers adult-friendly dimensions, comfortable ergonomics, and rugged construction. The American-made frame provides a solid foundation for cruising, trail riding, custom builds, and performance projects.

Choose your preferred frame finish, tire style, and front suspension configuration to create a roller kit suited to your intended use.

Frame Finish Options

• 15x5.5-6 Cleat Tires: An aggressive tread pattern designed for improved traction in dirt, grass, and loose terrain.
• 530/450-6 Universal Tires: A mixed-use street-knobby tread designed for 6" wheels.

Tire note: Tire performance depends on riding surface, tire pressure, vehicle setup, rider weight, and operating conditions. Always inspect and properly inflate the tires before riding.

Front Suspension Options

• Rigid Rascal Fork: The traditional mini bike setup with simple construction, direct steering feedback, and classic styling.
• Telescopic Front Suspension: Adds fork travel to help absorb bumps and improve rider comfort on uneven terrain.
• Leading-Link Front Suspension: Combines vintage styling with a suspended front end. The leading-link suspension requires modification to the neck hole for use with the larger Rascal neck bolt. Assembly, neck-area fitment, and minor modification are required.

Depending on the engine selected, an aftermarket intake, air filter, exhaust header, fuel line, clutch, torque converter, or additional hardware may be required.

Assembly and Finish Information

• This is a kit that requires assembly. It is not delivered as a completed or ready-to-ride mini bike.
• Tools, mechanical knowledge, and a complete final safety inspection are required.
• Some holes may need to be cleaned or opened slightly during final assembly.
• Always mock up all components before applying a custom finish to a bare-steel frame.
• Minor alignment, spacing, chain-length, cable-routing, or fitment adjustments may be necessary.
• Verify that the throttle returns properly, the kill switch operates, the brakes engage correctly, the steering moves freely, and all hardware is secure before riding.
