Build a compact, vintage-style mini bike with serious small-block power. The Lil' Rascal 212 Mini Bike Kit combines our American-made Lil' Rascal frame with a Tillotson 212E engine, Stage 1 performance components, 6-inch wheels, hydraulic braking, a complete #420 drivetrain and the essential controls, fuel-system components and mounting hardware needed to complete the build.

The Lil' Rascal captures the appearance of a classic old-school mini bike in a compact package. Its low seat height works well for smaller riders, while its tall handlebars and carefully selected frame dimensions can accommodate many adult riders. Review the listed dimensions to determine whether the Lil' Rascal is appropriate for your intended rider.

This is an unassembled mini bike kit. Assembly, adjustment and a complete safety inspection are required before operation.

Choose Your Frame Finish

• Bare Steel: Ready for your choice of paint, powder coat or custom finish

The selected finish applies to the Lil' Rascal frame and handlebar/fork assembly. Neck, axle and mounting hardware retain their standard finishes.

If you select bare steel, we recommend completing a full mock-up before applying paint or powder coat. Minor fitting, alignment or hole adjustments should be completed before the final finish is applied. Modifications made to a powder-coated frame may require finish touch-up.

For initial engine operation and break-in, consider adding Tillotson Break-In Oil.

Assembly & Pre-Ride Inspection

This mini bike is shipped as an unassembled kit. The customer is responsible for proper assembly, engine installation, clutch and chain alignment, cable routing, brake adjustment, fastener torque and final inspection.

Use the appropriate lock washers with the brake-caliper spacer hardware. Before every ride, confirm that the throttle returns freely, the engine shuts off correctly, the brakes operate properly and all steering, wheel, axle and drivetrain hardware is secure.

Recheck all fasteners, chain tension, wheel hardware and brake components after the initial break-in period. Routine inspection and maintenance are required for safe operation.
