Product Description

This complete Coleman 200 Series Torque Converter Kit is the ultimate bolt-on upgrade for your mini bike. Unlike our standard 3/4" kit, this one is specifically designed to fit engines with a 16mm crankshaft, including the popular Coleman 200 series, 98cc crankshafts, and the Predator 79cc engine.

Replacing your centrifugal clutch with this torque converter delivers a significant boost in performance. You'll get more low-end torque for tackling hills and rough terrain, along with a higher top speed for open trails.

  • Special Coleman 200 Series Driver and Sleeve for 16mm Crankshafts
  • Hardware and Riser Kit for proper clearance
  • High-Quality Go Power Sports 30 Series Pulleys
  • Replacement Performance Belt (#725)
  • Replacement Jackshaft Bearings (#6003)

Important Installation Notes:

  • Check Your Crankshaft: This kit is designed for a 16mm crankshaft (5/8"). Please measure your engine's crankshaft before ordering to ensure a perfect fit.
  • Engine Shaft: If your engine has a 3/4" crankshaft, please use our GoPowerSports 30 Series Torque Converter Kit.
  • Stock Engine? We recommend you substitute your return spring for the Mid/Mini Cable Return Spring. The stock spring will limit the RPMs of the engine.
  • Installation Video: We have a helpful installation video available to guide you through the process, which shows the removal of an aesthetic piece that needs to be taken off the bike for proper fitment.
  • Do Not Run Without a Belt: The kit must be run with the provided belt for safe and proper operation.

Things To Know:

  • If using a stock Coleman engine we recommend you substitute your return spring for the Mid/Mini Cable Return Spring. Stock spring will limit RPMs of the engine.
  • Please ensure the Jackshaft nut is torqued down before use. Do not over-tighten or you will damage the Bearing.
  • Some Coleman Minibike engines have a 3/4" Crankshaft. Please measure your crankshaft before ordering. If your crankshaft is 3/4", please purchase our 30 Series Torq-A-Verter Kit with the Engine Riser Kit. 
  • Please watch our Install Video, there is an aesthetic piece that needs to be removed from the minibike.

  • Do not run kit without a belt.

  • Replacement Jackshaft Nut size: 16mm x 125mm
