The GoPowerSports 30 Series Torque Converter Kit is a premium, heavy-duty aftermarket system designed to replace your restrictive standard centrifugal clutch. Engineered for 3HP to 7HP small-block engines, this asymmetrical system acts like a mini automatic transmission for your ride—delivering violent low-end acceleration for climbing hills and pulling heavy loads, while smoothly transitioning into a 10% overdrive at high RPMs to maximize your top-end speed.
• Predator Owners: Some newer Predator engines feature crankshafts slightly larger than 3/4". Please mic your shaft before ordering!
• Coleman Owners: This kit WILL NOT fit the 16mm crankshaft Hisun engines found on stock Coleman mini bikes. If you own a Coleman, stop here and grab our specialized Coleman TAV Kit instead.

? BUILDER'S TECH NOTE: Pro Installation Tips
1. Use an Impact Wrench: We highly recommend using an impact wrench to torque down the driver and jackshaft components during final assembly. Failure to secure these properly under high vibration will cause the system to come apart, resulting in terminal component damage or serious injury.
2. Jackshaft Nut: Ensure the jackshaft lock nut (Replacement Size: 16mm x 1.25mm) is completely tightened before firing up the motor. Do not over-tighten, or you will crush and seize the internal jackshaft bearings.
3. Live Axle Demands: If your go-kart features a live axle paired with rear tires taller than 14 inches, a standard centrifugal clutch will slip, overheat, and fail. This 30 Series Torque Converter is absolute mandatory equipment to protect your drivetrain.
