Build Your Own Rascal GT Cruiser

The Rascal GT Mini Bike Cruiser Kit gives you the major chassis, steering, wheel, tire, brake, fuel-tank, seating, and control components needed to build a unique custom cruiser. The kit is designed for garage builders who want the satisfaction of assembling their own mini bike while still having the freedom to select their engine and drivetrain.

The Rascal GT’s lightweight steel frame features a rigid dual-down-tube design, multiple foot-peg mounting positions, and an elevated engine plate that provides room for either a centrifugal clutch or compatible 30 Series torque converter setup.

No welding is normally required to assemble the supplied kit components. Everyday hand tools, a drill, and basic mechanical experience are required.

The powder-coat option applies to the Rascal GT frame and fork. Aluminum components, hardware, brackets, and other supplied parts retain their standard finishes unless otherwise stated.

Things to Know Before Ordering

• Apart from the listed frame-finish, seat, tire, and sprocket choices, the kit is sold as configured and substitutions are not available.
• This is an unassembled kit that requires tools, mechanical ability, and final adjustments.
• Always mock up and verify all components before painting a bare-steel frame.
• Minor filing, drilling, deburring, spacing, or other adjustments may be required during assembly.
• On powder-coated frames, coating may need to be carefully removed from threaded holes, grounding points, bearing surfaces, or close-tolerance mounting areas.
• Wheel and hub fasteners should be inspected and properly tightened during assembly. Thread-locking compound may be required where specified in the instructions.
• Verify steering, throttle, brake, axle, chain, sprocket, and drivetrain operation before every ride.
• Adult signature is required upon delivery.
