Build a compact, vintage-style mini bike without having to source every chassis component individually. The Lil' Rascal Mini Bike Roller Kit combines our American-made Lil' Rascal frame with wheels, selected tires, hydraulic braking, controls, fuel tank, drivetrain components and the essential hardware needed to assemble a rolling mini bike chassis.

The Lil' Rascal features classic old-school mini bike styling in a compact package. Its low seat height works well for smaller riders, while the tall handlebars and carefully selected frame proportions can accommodate many adult riders. Review the listed dimensions to determine whether the Lil' Rascal is appropriate for your intended rider.

This is an unassembled roller kit intended for customers who want to choose and install their own engine. Assembly, engine-specific components, adjustment and a complete safety inspection are required before operation.

Choose Your Frame Finish

• Gloss Black Powder Coat: A durable, finished appearance offered as a free upgrade for a limited time while supplies last
• Bare Steel: Ready for your choice of paint, powder coat or custom finish

The selected frame finish applies to the Lil' Rascal frame and handlebar/fork assembly. Neck and axle hardware retain their standard finishes.

If you select bare steel, we recommend completing a full mock-up before applying paint or powder coat. Minor fitting, alignment or hole adjustments should be completed before the final finish is applied. Modifications made to a powder-coated frame may require finish touch-up.

The frame-finish selection and fuel-tank color are separate options. Selecting a gloss-black frame does not automatically select a black fuel tank.

Brake limitation: The included mini bike hydraulic brake system is not intended for high-speed racing or operation above 30 MPH.

Compatible Engines

Engine sold separately. Installation requires removing the engine's original fuel tank, air-filter box and exhaust. Additional engine-specific components are required.

• 79cc Predator Engine: Requires the appropriate adapter plate, intake components, exhaust and a 5/8"-bore clutch
• 98cc Gasoline Engine: Requires the appropriate air-filter adapter, 52mm air filter, aftermarket header and a 5/8"-bore clutch
• 196cc Clone Engines: Require compatible Stage 1 components and normally use the 3/4"-bore clutch
• 212cc Tillotson and Predator Engines: Require compatible Stage 1 components and normally use the 3/4"-bore clutch
• 225cc Tillotson Engines: Require compatible Stage 1 components and 3/4"-bore clutch

Clutch compatibility: The Roller Kit includes a 3/4"-bore clutch intended for engines with a 3/4" output shaft. It will not fit 79cc or 98cc engines with a 5/8" output shaft. Customers using one of those engines must purchase the correct 5/8"-bore clutch separately.

Assembly & Pre-Ride Inspection

This mini bike is shipped as an unassembled roller kit. The customer is responsible for proper assembly, engine installation, clutch and chain alignment, cable routing, brake adjustment, fastener torque and final inspection.

Before every ride, confirm that the throttle returns freely, the engine shuts off correctly, the brakes operate properly and all wheel, axle, steering and drivetrain hardware is secure. Recheck all fasteners, chain tension and brake components after the initial break-in period.
