The Mega Moto 80 Minibike Roller Frame Kit with Front Suspension is an all-in-one package that comes with all the necessary components to help you build your own customized minibike. The kit includes a front suspension, front mag wheel, 75T sprocket (#35 pitch), and a stock motor mount plate that accommodates the stock Mega Moto 79cc Engine. However, if you plan on mounting a 79/98/196/212/225cc Honda Clone engine, then it is recommended to use the Mega Moto Fully Adjustable Motor Mount Kit, which is a bolt-on item and requires no cutting. This kit offers a sturdy steel frame and front suspension that ensures a smooth and comfortable ride, even on rough terrain.  Moreover, the adjustable handlebars and comfortable seat make it easy to find the perfect riding position, while the rear disc brakes provide reliable stopping power. Whether you are a seasoned mechanic or a beginner, the Mega Moto 80 Minibike Roller Frame Kit with Front Suspension is the ideal way to build your customized minibike. This kit does not come with a clutch or chain.

• 5/8" Bore 11T Clutch (For a 3/4" Crank, use either a #35 12T Centrifugal Clutch or #420 10T Centrifugal Clutch)
• #35 Chain - 5'
• Chain Breaker

Replacement Front Axle for Mega Moto 80/105 Front Suspension Kit (Suspension 80/105 only) will be the same size as the Mega Moto 80/105 Rear Axle. 

If you plan on using a 196cc/212cc engine with the Adjustable Motor Mount Kit (highly suggested), we recommend using the 3 Stage Side Exit Header Pipe or the Skinny Center Exit Header Pipe.
