The Rascal 212 Off-Road Mini Bike Kit combines classic mini bike styling with an American-made, adult-sized frame, a powerful Tillotson 212E pull-start engine, hydraulic rear braking, and your choice of front suspension. It is a complete DIY package for riders who want to assemble a capable recreational and off-road mini bike.

The included UniTank moves the fuel supply away from the engine, while the Stage 1 intake kit and high-center-exit header give the Tillotson 212E the clearance and airflow needed for this Rascal configuration.

Important: This mini bike arrives as an unassembled kit. Tools, mechanical knowledge, adjustment, engine oil, fuel, and a complete safety inspection are required before operation.

Frame Finish Options

• Glossy Black Powder Coat: A durable, professionally applied finish for the Rascal main frame. Offered as a free upgrade for a limited time while supplies last.
• Bare Steel: Ready for builders who want to apply their own custom paint, powder coat, graphics, or finish.

Finish note: The selected finish applies to the Rascal main frame. Suspension, handlebars, risers, and other kit components are supplied in their normal product finish unless otherwise stated in the selected option. Powder coating may need to be carefully removed from certain holes, threads, or mounting surfaces during assembly.

Built for Full-Size Off-Road Fun

The Rascal 212 uses the larger Rascal frame platform, offering more rider room than the compact Lil' Rascal. Its 41.5" wheelbase, 22.5" seat height, and approximately 37" handlebar height create a comfortable riding position for many adult riders.

At the center of the build is the Tillotson 212E Hemi Pull-Start Engine. This performance-oriented small-block engine produces more than 9 horsepower in its stock configuration and features a standard 3/4" keyed crankshaft.

The included Stage 1 Performance Kit replaces the restrictive factory air-filter assembly, while the included High-Center-Exit Header Pipe provides an exhaust configuration suited to the Rascal frame and UniTank installation.

Performance note: Actual horsepower and vehicle speed will vary based on engine setup, gearing, rider weight, terrain, elevation, fuel, and other conditions. This kit is not intended for high-speed racing.

Front Suspension Options

• Telescopic Front Suspension with Fork Brace: Uses telescopic fork movement to help absorb bumps and improve comfort and control on uneven terrain.
• Leading-Link Front Suspension: Combines vintage mini bike styling with a suspended front end. Installation on the Rascal requires neck-hole fitment or modification because the Rascal uses a larger-diameter neck bolt.

Suspension note: Front-suspension components require assembly, alignment, and final inspection. Confirm that the steering moves freely and that all suspension and axle hardware is secure before operating the mini bike.

Assembly Information

• This is an unassembled kit and is not delivered ready to ride.
• Tools, mechanical knowledge, adjustment, and final inspection are required.
• Some holes may need to be cleaned or opened slightly during assembly.
• Minor alignment, spacing, chain-length, suspension, or cable-routing adjustments may be necessary.
• Builders selecting bare steel should mock up all parts before applying paint or powder coat.
• Powder-coated frames may require careful removal of coating from certain holes, threads, grounding points, or mounting surfaces.

Required Pre-Ride Inspection

Before starting or riding the mini bike, an experienced adult or qualified mechanic should verify:

• The engine contains the correct amount of oil
• The throttle opens smoothly and returns automatically when released
• The engine kill switch shuts off the engine properly
• The brake lever, hose, caliper, pads, and disc operate correctly
• The steering moves freely without binding
• The suspension and fork hardware are properly installed
• The front and rear axles are securely tightened
• The chain is aligned, properly tensioned, and securely connected
• The clutch and chain guard are installed correctly
• The fuel line is secure and has no leaks
• The tires are properly inflated and free from damage
• All engine, frame, seat, and handlebar hardware is secure
