- We highly recommend that you have a professional mechanic or an authorized dealer of the manufacturer perform the initial assembly and preparation of the vehicle.
- We want you to know that basic repair and setup skills are necessary for buyers, such as using tools, replacing nuts and bolts, filters, light bulbs, fluids, and making adjustments. If you lack these skills, we suggest seeking the assistance of a mechanic. Our tech support hotline is always available to help you.
- These vehicles ship with break-in oil. Must check oil levels before initial start up and fill with quality oil if low.
- Check over all Nuts and Bolts to ensure they are fastened before and after initial ride.
- This vehicle is meant for recreational use only.
Warranty:
- The limited warranty covers specific parts only, including the engine, engine case, drive system, fuel system, electrical system, cooling system, brakes, chassis, and transmission. Please note that the warranty does not cover any damage caused by improper use, such as jumping, stunt riding, modification, racing, or riding at constant wide-open throttle.
- Please be aware that the following parts are NOT covered by the warranty: tires, rims, body panels, forks, shocks, gaskets, light bulbs, seats, CV boots, oil filters, air filters, fuel filters, clutch wear parts, cables, drive belts, chains, spark plugs, rubber parts, belts, brake linings and/or pads, batteries, sprockets, external springs, clips, nuts, bolts, and fasteners.
- Our warranty does not cover damages caused by improper assembly, maintenance, or usage that falls outside of the manufacturer's specifications.
- Also, please note that no returns are accepted on this unit.
Shipping:
- If you purchase a TrailMaster Unit, please know that it only ships to the lower 48 states. Contact us if you would like a quote for shipping to Hawaii or Alaska.
- If unit is shipped to California, then it can only be used on Private Land if the engine is not EPA or CARB compliant.
- Please allow 3-5 business days for your unit to ship. Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. The shipping company will contact you to confirm delivery.
- Your order will ship in a crate and you will be responsible for handling the crate whether it is delivered residential, local Carrier Terminal, or business dock. This may require a forklift.
Assembly:
- You will choose to receive this unit partially assembled in crate. You will need to attach the front tire, handlebars, rear shocks, and few other adjustments.
