I finally got the 40 series driven pulley !!!
I finally got the 40 series driven pulley !!! I broke a previous pulley with an aggressively modded 212 Ducar/Tillotson engine. I use the Fire CAM 265, it was very aggressive for the 5/8" shaft, that it tore under the explosive accelerations. Now, I setup the driven pulley with two pillow block bearings (on each side of the pulley, to keep it square), this is to avoid the dreadful shaft cantilever setup, which is very bad for powerful engines and specially, the riders. Just to say things quickly, the previous pulley flew over my head, LUCKILY, I wore my helmet and the goddamn pulley just passed over my motorized bike, riding it at ~120km/h, the pulley rolled in front of me and made insane metal sparks, my engine over-revved and I locked the Driver pulley !!! I had to disassembled it, clean it and put it back together.
